Mr. Gary was absolutely fantastic. He didn t treat me as just a customer, it felt more like a father genuinely wanting to help his daughter. I ve never had such excellent customer service before. After going to another Dealership that did not answer all my questions that I had about my vehicle and having my car in the shop with nobody calling me back until I called them a week later. Just to find out that they could not answer my question of why my NEW certified vehicle tires were so worn out with less than 2000 miles and purchased 8 months ago. I had to seek somewhere else for answers. I made an appoint and came in to the service department. I was greeted by a very friendly service man. He was very attentive of my concerns. That same day he was able to diagnose the problem and stayed in contact with me. I just found a NEW DEALERSHIP ! Thank you for your SERVICE!
bough a brand new truck and a month later had it in service for a water leak on the power sliding window. they said the issue was fixed after a water leak test. while in service they damaged the paint and had it for another weeks to fix it. took it home and then another leak which was worse than the first. took it back in for service and they assured me that it was good. now it has another leak!! i would never recommend this dealer to anyone for service. i had to keep calling to get updates on it. they never called me to keep me posted. they didn't even called me to tell me it was ready. found out until i called them! now i had to take it back for the 3rd time to see if they can fix the issue they try to fix 2 times already. cant take it to another dealer because they wont service something another dealer put their hands on.
Went to auto nation Chevy yesterday and was just planning on looking but ended up going home with a brand new member of the family. Could not have been a better experience. Our Antonio Olmedo was awesome, super helpful and very patient with me through the whole process. It was definitely a great experience going into 2021 and I'm glad he was there to help us. I've been a happy customer for many years up until Autonation decided make their loaner cars all Chevrolet Bolts.
I actually had planned on leaving my truck there for several warranty issues but will take it to another dealer close to work for that.
I cannot perform my job in a Bolt.
