John whitty runs service area here and I truly have say I have no complaints everyone in the building says hello Martin in parts extremely helpfull and explains all so that you understand they have been looking after my jaguar xf every year service parts etc reports by mechanics detailed and easy to understand..I'd have given five stars but due to covid no coffee available while your waiting .not there fault though .regards to jaguar Waterford. One star taken away because Jaguar recommended replacement of a tyre that had 4mm thread depth.
