Love this store. The people behind the counter are phenomenally competent. Dont go to lowes or home depot for irrigation. Go to Auto-Rain. They are the bees knees.

Very poor customer service. The lady that helped me didn't know what she was doing or just didn't care. Sh***y attitude. She had this look on her face like why are you bugging me on friday afternoon.
She couldn't even find the pipe I purchased. I had to get it from the pipe rack myself. Didn't even ask if I needed twine to tie it down on the roof of my car. I couldn't find the nozzle trees I needed for hunter heads I have. Go else where if you can. Unless you like getting sh*t on by the employees.

My experiences with the employees have always been great. When it comes to sprinkler systems, I'm below a novice. However, over the last 15 years, the crew at Auto-Rain made it possible for me to advance to apprentice to novice. Thanks Auto-Rain!
