Auto Masters Fleet Service, Inc. Review

This workshop is the worst, I approached to ask about some problems that my truck was having, and they told me to take the truck that they were going to check to really know what the problem was and that there would be no cost to review it , I left the car parked a few days, since I didn't have a driver to take it back to the yard, they told me that they had a driver to take it and that the cost would be $ 70, at that time I had to pay the $ 70 and they didn't want to charge, They told me that they were charging later and that payment could only be made with a card, after more than 1 week of having taken the truck they called to collect which they asked me for my card information to make the payment, assuming that they would be the $ 70, in the end they ended up charging my card for $ 301.90, be serious they speak the truth, if you say how much the cost is and I agree I accept it, but do not cheat, good luck.

They fixed my APU and got me right. A fairly new dealer on repairs so there isn't much in stock. Prices in my opinion were a little steep. I wish I was given an estimate before hand and not got hit with the bill after everything was said and done. It took them longer than expected but that was because parts were not in stock and had to be ordered.

Very professional, certified mechanics, great customer service, in and out, save your company time and money!!
