WOW! THIS WAS A TRUELY AWESOME EXPERIENCE. That's German efficiency at it's best. Gave them 10AM a call that I need a passport as I'm leaving tomorrow morning. They told me via phone all the things needed. When I arrived there 1 hour later they already prepared EVERYTHING and contacted the German authorities. JUST INCREDIBLE! THANK YOU!
The embassy is centrally located and accessible by public transport. Phone service works well and employees of the embassy are willing to assist. I'd like to especially thank Mrs. Upton, who was exceptionally helpful, resolving my issue within 24 hours!
