The two ladies who work there are so rude and unfriendly.

Customer service was kind of rude. I called and asked her politely if my visa can be delivered before my trip next week. She said What is not clear with 5-15 days process that was adviced on the email and all I asked was a yes or no. We pay such amount for service and I think applicants deserve politeness.

After all, it was our fault that we appeared twice without registration! Were still neat and well served!

Accomodating yung personnel nila and the Embassy office itself is very clean and fresh looking.

Why is your phone number cannot be contacted for 3 days already?

Very accomodating, make sure your requirements is complete before you book an appointment. They are very strict in requirements.

Does not respond to questions about Visa application requirements

Very helpful and quick to release a visa, my visa will be issued in 4 days as long as you complete the req.

I went to a german consulate in cebu but I found out na di sila nagpa process ng austrian vosa or any europe visa... tanong ko, dito ba sa austeian embassy nag paprocess ng tourist visa under sa invitation ng bf ko?
