As a medical practitioner I have used Australian Custom Pharmaceuticals for over 10 years. They are the biggest compounding pharmacy in Australia. They work ethically and to the highest standards.
I paid for my compound script on the 22nd June and have been trying to get my medication off them ever since. Closed with no warning and no explanation as to when they will return. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. This is absolutely maddening.
Prompt and efficient service, goods received quickly and in excellent condition.

Dealt with a rude snappy woman on the phone. They couldn't fill my script and she was blunt, aggressive, rude and short with me. That was a hurtful experience considering I'm shocked over a new illness and emotionally struggling right now. Kindness would have been welcome. People coming to a pharmacy usually aren't well, compassion is useful.
Been a customer for a few years now. Very happy with their service, always a pleasure to deal with. My medications are always exactly what I order and delivery is consistent. Highly recommended
After providing proof of purchase the BDM at acpharm said that their records didn't match and failed to provide us with what we paid for. I then attempted to speak to the person and was told that they only want to communicate via email! What kind of company is this?
Very rude and offensive!!!! The lady on the phone was very rude. She has no idea about the customer service. Never going back to this Pharmaceuticals and will advice others not to use their service as well. There are other who provide much more better service than Australian Custom Pharmaceuticals.
After two weeks told could not do script after making several enquiries. Told them just be upfront. They then transfer my script to S A company. After 2more weeks told me that they have problems with A c phrm i cancelled all as 4 week s had passed. &after 6 week s I'm still waiting for refund. I've used this company for several years with no problems but after this i will go to newtown where I got my medication in One day. Although was more expensive But they delivered
