This company has exceeded anything I could have imagined. I Claimed Suncorp insurance and I was dreading how long roof repairs would take. They had everything organised and it was fully completed in no time. All the men were very friendly and I was informed if every step getting done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Australian Building & Construction Group (ABC Group) was the company organised by NRMA to coordinate our flood repairs. From the beginning they were professional and conscientious with fulfilling our needs. They pushed to get the best job done whether it through working with NRMA to up the quoted value of repair, or overseeing the contractors of the repair. I can not thank and rate ABC Group highly enough.

They are a great bunch of people. I work as part of their IT support. And I do fairly regular visits. Very professional workers and kind staff. Would recommend them for sure.

ABC were called in to rectify a shockingly bad storm damage repair. They were excellent at every stage, supervised all works and communicated with us throughout the job. Professional, thorough, and easy to deal with. Thank you Nick from ABC.

Stay Clear
I have nothing positive to say about this company. It is poorly run and no one seems to take any responsibility for the trades or issues that arise.
I have heard from numerous others who have been given this company to do their repairs and have regretted it after several months of their job being ongoing even though it is told to them that it would be completed in a week or 2.
We have all agreed that this company will fight hard for the contract to be signed, but will not follow through with the level of service and customer care afterwards.
They too have had shocking trades complete work with below acceptable quality.
I have had such a bad experience with this company that I would never recommend to anyone.
As others have said, if you are given this company by your insurer, think twice and definitely ask for someone else.
