Normally I wouldn't leave a review for a therapist because of the stigma surrounding mental illness, however that's my ego talking. I would be doing a disservice to those who are silently suffering like I was. Life is hard and sometimes you need to talk to someone. I got stuck in my own story and couldn't think of solutions. I could only panic. It was terrifying. My experience with Wakelynn has been incredibly positive. She doesn't just listen to me drone on. She offers practical advice that is helping me view challenges from a different perspective. She helped lead me out of a dark place. I hope this review encourages you to seek help.

DO NOT recommend. My anxiety did not improve nor did I learn much about mindfulness. The therapy sessions lacked feedback, advise and sympathy. Felt disillusioned after almost a year of attending and paying $125 per session (1 hour each). This is neither a place to learn about mindfulness nor to heal your anxiety. The therapist had a profound lack of empathy and felt very distant. I continued to give it a try until I realized this place is worst than a placebo.

If you are serious about your mental and emotional health please look elsewhere.

It can be stuffy sometimes during the summer but they provide portable fan. They have coffee and tea and cold water. There are two separate buildings on the location and they aren't next to each other. The facility is clean and welcoming but might depend on personal taste.

I started remote therapy with Teresa about one month ago. Teresa is a great counselor. She has already helped me to gain a better understanding of myself and taught me some mindfulness practices.
