I love this office! Super friendly staff and Jaki Lockwood is always amazing! I d be lost without her. Highly recommend.

Dr Cowan and his nurses are always so nice and friendly. I was in and out in 30 minutes, which was great.

I love Dr. Akin and his staff! Dr. Akin always goes above and beyond to figure out any medical issues.

Dr. Anderson is very sweet and quirky! She kind of reminds me of Arizona from Grey's Anatomy.

Great care with convenience. Everyone I knows goes here. Both my babies were born with the help of the very talented Dr. Wang and the AAOBGYN staff. You can get everything done in one stop. Yesterday I had my mammo, annual and lab work done in two hours. Separate parking lot for this group and valet if you want/need it. Can't say enough great things about them. Keep up the good work!

One of the main reasons I like Dr. Capet is she respects your time. No long waiting. In addition, she is very attentive and cares about the wellbeing of her patients.

I love seeing Natalie Carreras. She is such a great person and always makes me feel welcomed and cared for everytime I see her.

I tried to set up an appointment using their website's "appointment request" button, but is broken in all browsers. There is no content in the dropbox to select reason for appointment and you can't move forward after that. I called their office and left a message, letting them know about this issue and requesting that someone calls me back to set up an appointment. Two days go by and nobody calls me back. I send them an email on their website, letting them know of the issue and that I am trying to set an appointment and again, no response. I finally get a hold of someone on their office and the lady on the other side of the line is snappy and very rude and then proceeds to let me know they don't accept my insurance even though it is listed on their website, once again being rude by saying in an impatient tone "No, we don't accept that. We don't accept that at all". I am very surprised this place has such good reviews that was not my experience at all. A better way to handle my call would have been to say: "I'm sorry we no longer accept this insurance but I can check the cash pay price for a consultation with the doctor you'd like to see". It doesn't hurt to be polite and if you can't do that, you probably shouldn't be a receptionist or dealing with customers - at all.

I was seen in a timely manner and the staff was very cordial and helpful. I felt that Dr. Aiken was competent and trustworthy. I was there for a second opinion and I feel he probably saved me from unnecessary surgery. I would absolutely return there and recommend him to others.

Dr. Seeker is a warm and patient Doctor. He makes you feel comfortable and takes his time to answer your question and explains things in a way that makes it easy to understand. He exudes a genuine sense of care which is hard to find now a days. His staff is excellent and I would wholeheartedly recommend him. Wait times are the only real issue but I guess this is what happens when one is as good as Dr. Seeker is.

Dr. Anderson is the best around. She always makes me feel very comfortable and takes time to answer my questions. I would recommend her and her team to anyone.

Dr. Landherr delivered both of my kids ... And have been looking after me through out both the pregnancies!!! She's a gem and such a kind hearted and soft soul... I trust her and her advices alot! She is simply wonderful!!

The receptists and the nurses are very patient and helpful with their quality professional work and attitude. After I finished the doctor visit, I couldn't find my car key. I went to the reception desk. The lady was super kind. When she found the nurse was busy serving the other patients, she went to check with other co-workers and searched the lost-n-found shelf for my missing keys. She definitely went extra miles to help me, which made me feel very warm. I've been visiting the clinic since the women center started. I've had all good experience with their service. Their team did awesome job serving the patients.

Lori is so very sweet and comforting and one never feels rushed as you ask her questions. So glad she is back on Cowan s team!

Dr. Akins makes you feel comfortable and is interested in making sure he answers all your questions. Front desk ladies were also very kind in answering questions. Never made me feel rushed or annoyed.

Dr Akins was very attentive and caring to my situation. Excellent bed side manner and poise. I felt at ease with his expertise and every worker there was so kind and friendly.

I have been seeing Kelly for years and now my daughter sees her too. There is no one I trust more than Kelly, Dr. Seeker and team.

Dr. Landherr is awesome. She is very easy to talk to - and remembers personal details about my family, my work, our leisure activities. It's a really nice personal touch to make you feel comfortable.

Dr. Garcia is the best! She truly cares about your health. I have had issues for years and she has been the only doctor to actually listen and fix them! Thank you to all the staff for always treating me as a person and not just another patient!

Kelly Reagan is the reason why I am a patient at Austin Area Obgyn despite living and working far from the practice. I adore her kindness, knowledge, and sensitive approach to making sure the patient's needs are met emotionally. She is a truly fantastic OBGYN and I adore her.

Dr. Phillips is superb! The most efficient doctors office I ve visited in a very long time.

I was feeling pretty desperate to get seen and there weren't any available appointments. I called and eventually talked to Jessica and her and Dr. Garcia worked me in. I'm SO thankful. I live pretty far south and it takes me 30 mins to drive that far north. Plus, with Hurricane Harvey it turned that trip into an hour. Totally worth driving that far. I wouldn't switch to a closer doctor bc I love Dr. Garcia so much.

I decided to go to this office because of their reviews and I am definitely happy with my selection. I was sent a link to complete my registration paperwork before showing up to the office. I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment just in case I needed to fill out any other paperwork and was called back on time. I saw Dr. Garcia and she was amazing. This is my first pregnancy so I was pretty nervous, but she was great from start to finish and helped ease my anxieties. She was gentle and took her time throughout the visit. She left me with no questions unanswered.

I'm Erapie Johnson Filipina, Foreigner in this country I'm pregnant for a first baby, my husband and I looking for referral for the best doctor, So they could help my pregnancy, because I have a hard time, I always thrown up and not feel better, and I have a lot of questions about being pregnant.

My husband's office ladies referral the name doctoral Dr. Aguirre, when I first met him I feel relief and knows the direction for being pregnant at the first baby, Dr. Aguirre he helping me a lot and it make sure that my baby is healthy too, and also I'm thankful for the nurses there too. They are very nice and friendly, I feel at home and in my own country every appointment that I had and I'm so excited to see my doctor and nurses always. and I feel relief! best recommended.

Absolutely loved this office! The staff was friendly and Lori Dobbin is fantastic and answered all of my questions. I have never been to a Dr. Office that felt like a spa, especially an obgyn office. They even have relaxing music playing in the room I heard soft music with a mix of happy birds! Found my new obgyn. Dr.Cowan is amazing!

I have been a patient of Dr. Seekers for over 25 years, he is the very best in my opinion, yes, sometimes you wait awhile, but it is so worth it. He remembers everything about you & gives you his undivided attention, cant get any better than loving, caring people. There needs to be at least 100 plus star rating for Dr. Seeker.

Always a joy to see Dr. Seeker. He was thorough, professional, and friendly. The nurse, Grace, was knowledgeable and pleasant. I got in and out within an hour, which isn't that bad considering the business Dr. Seeker is in.

I was seen very quickly (even though I arrived a bit late), and Dr. Wang was the SWEETEST HUMAN. This was my first OBGYN experience that I truly loved. Everyone should see Dr. Wang

The office is always very nice, even when it packed full of people. I never really have high standards for doctors offices since they usually run a bit behind and there's normally a wait time to see them. It's to be expected with any doctors office. The wait really wasn't very long there, so that was nice. Dr. Capet is very easy to talk to and answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood her answers. Highly recommended.

This is the only doctor's office I've been to where I'm treated as a person, not just a patient, and they care and listen about my whole health, not just a tiny snapshot of specific symptoms. I have sever pain in my left chest area from pleurisy, and they not only listened but they worked with me to minimize the pain and discomfort, even when it meant things were made a bit more awkward for them to do the necessary exams and procedures. I wish I could bottle up their standard of care and spread it around, our world would be a better place with more clinics like this one.

While this office is almost always busy, all the doctors and nurses here are amazing and truly make me feel comfortable at every step. Doctor Wang is amazing albeit a little tight in Her schedule (because she is so popular haha) but definitely worth any waits because she will charm you with her fun attitude and skill

That was the most beautiful OBGYN office I have ever been to in my exam life!! The front office is working like an engine in a powerful Mustang. Very Friendly staff, Fast Service. My exam was quick and gentle. They also keep feminine products stocked in the restroom for the patients. Most doctors just have pamphlets on pregnancy. Very Good Experience.

Jackie is so kind and takes her time while in the room with you and she s usually not very far behind in her schedule!!

I really enjoy Dr. E. I haven't had an Ob/Gyn doctor I actually felt comfortable with in a long time. She responds to my messages by the end of the day, which now a days is very refreshing. Her nurse is always delightful to speak to. Dr. E speaks in terms I understand and there's always an option. Also, her staff has always been nice and pleasant. I'm looking forward to a happy doctor-patient relationship. Definitely staying!

Dr. Akin is a VERY, VERY nice OB Doctor. He is the best doctor I have seen so far. I have him as my OB doctor for past 6 years. My friend recommended him to me and I had partial hysterectomy surgery with him. He was very patient, explained everything in detail even draw pictures to me. I felt safe and comfortable to have him to perform my surgery. Now, I also have my annual check up with him. I strongly recommend him to all women.

Have been a patient of Seeker's for more than 10 years. I am not the easiest, nor most patient, customer, but his nurses and he have greeted me with nothing short of warm greetings and big hugs. With my work, I move constantly and admit that I do travel a long distance to see him specifically. His updates for me are not always the best news, but his bedside manner is gentle and extremely considerate. Admittedly I try to visit in the morning (don't know why I think babies won't arrive at 8 am...) to avoid any delays, but this last week, I had to see him for a procedure in the afternoon. When I arrived for my appointment early, his nurse gave me an estimate of 1 1/2 hour wait. Was sooooo bummed!! And honestly a bit peeved. But I sat it out...so glad I did as the nurse called my name only 10 minutes after my original appointment time. For a doctor who delivered two babies that day, a 10 minute delay is great!!!

I love my care with Dr.Capet. She has been nothing short of excellent. I have no issues with the care provided by her and her team.

My issues are with the scheduling and billing department.

Throughout my pregnancy and now postpartum, I have gotten scheduled with so many different OBs that weren't Dr.Capet and somehow I have to be the one to fix the mistake and wait 2+ on an appointment with Dr.Capet than the original date I was scheduled and they don't ever accommodate for the mistakes they've made. They always just schedule me because I'm the one who asks for the correction and always say "I'm not sure why they would do that" as an explanation. Oh and they hang up abruptly as soon as I have to choose the scheduled date that is two weeks from when I am supposed to go in.

Second, billing is atrocious. I've had to deal with fighting off collections from an external provider because they billed the insurance incorrectly and I had already paid the service off in their office and have proof of it. They said they'd get it fixed but I'm still getting mail from Natera stating I owe them X amount for something I already paid the clinic.

Not sure if I'll ever get any of these two problems resolved but I would sure like to at least receive an explanation if anything from writing this review.

Dr Akins... Is one of the best doctors that works with pregnant women and the staff here is so sweet...

I love Dr.Capet!!! This is my 1st pregnancy and I could not have asked for a more wonderful, understanding, kind, attentive doctor to enjoy this life experience with. I recomend Dr.Capet for any 1st moms like myself whom don't know anything about pregnancy! She loves what she does and it shows!!!

I ve been one of Dr. Michael Phillips for many years. He is very kind and caring and has a way of putting you completely at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Phillips and Austin Area Ob/Gyn.

I have been seeing Dr. Landherr for about 3 years and she is amazing. I trust her she is kind and compassionate and everything that makes a great dr. Sometimes they are running behind on Schedule which seems typical with any dr . But I can assure you its worth the wait to have a dr like her. She has operated on me twice now and she is just amazing. Normally I build terrible scar tissue but she was able to look like I never had a csection at all .

Casey is the BEST!!!! She kind, compassionate, gives wonderful advise. I highly recommend her!!!!

Dr. Garcia and her staff is amazing. She is very approachable, sweet, caring and will take time to answer any questions you have. She explains everything from procedures to next steps. Her nurse will always answer calls and email and will get Dr. Garcia feedback. I am truly luck to have found her and her team for my first pregnancy.

My rating isn't for Dr.Wang, because she is beyond kind and inviting and sweet and helpful.

But if you tell me that there is no cost for my IUD nor the insertion, but there still ends up being a $131 charge for the sonogram that was never mentioned to me. Its kind of annoying. Like I wish costs like this would be brought up so it doesn't show up like a surprise.

If there are "other" costs involved, let the patient know.

Dr. Capet is absoluting amazing! I wasn't prepared or able to handle the stress very well, but she didn't let me give up. She gave me excellent advice, and pointed me towards the right directions for a less stressful mind set. She is so understanding to your thoughts, and problems. This is my first child, and she made me believe everything will be alright, and she is there for me. Thank you Dr. Capet !

I can say Doctor wang is recognized by her colleages for her amazing experience and professionalism and they do not hesitate to recommend her on the kind of surgery i was having (hysterectomy) That made me feel that i was in safe hands. Also i would like to speak about the team that is working with her, it is wonderful, helpful, very nice as doctor Diane Wang is. I was very pleased with my experience with Dr Wang.
