Just wanted to share that I have been trying to work with this company for the last 5 years and have all my credentials needed and never even got an opportunity. Based off the reviews this company has It definitely was not meant for me to work with this agency. Definitely did not get an equal opportunity!
Not a reputable agency. I d rather tap dance in a minefield wearing clown shoes than to EVER work for this agency again. That is how badly I ve been treated. Travelers I have met switched agencies because of how bad of an experience they ve had as well. Idk how this thing is still up and running.
Aureus Medical Group has been great to work with, although I did have an assignment cancelled and I was not treated fairly by one recruiter. However, every assignment since then has been absolutely great. Sara, Nick and Danielle are rockstars who have literally done everything for me. They rarely say no. They always have a solution or work hard to find one. I can contact any one of them at any time if I need them. Pay and benefits are average/competitive. I plan on using Aureus in the future. I do encounter other travelers that will warn against using Aureus to travel, due to personal experiences with the company. I have not had any issues with Aureus, personally. As long as you are direct, they will be too. They are also currently re-branding and switching things up for the better, which is nice.

I have been with Aureus Medical for over five years now in the laboratory division. It's a very professional company to work for. They have treated me with respect and go out of their way to accommodate my needs. I'm sure there are other good companies out there but I wouldn't be anywhere else.

WORK WITH THIS AGENCY AT YOUR OWN RISK. I ve met other travelers who have said they ve been deceived, manipulated, ignored, THREATENED, among other inexcusable things. Work with this agency at your own risk. You have been WARNED. No, seriously!!!! My experience was so bad that I almost gave up on traveling altogether.
I want to say I really like this company my first started but it went all down hill when something happened at the facility they turn on me and didn't wanna help me rather than me help me a find another contract I had to work at the facility that made me uncomfortable my recruiter was not really helpful and the account manager was not really helping me either I really want had to leave because of it and now I'm trying to find another travel company because of what happened please be careful where you go and who you work with here I would not wish this place on my worst enemy.
Aureus is really great! I never feel like I am being lowballed! Reimbursements are nice! pay is good! haven't ever had issues with this company. Also Eric K. is literally the best. He has been so helpful even with unforeseen issues such as the pandemic and the lack of jobs that caused. He's so eager to get a position for me regardless of it's in his state or not and he chills out when i say I don't want a position at the moment. He is super dedicated and hard working. I know I can be a little difficult to work with being that I'm all over the place , but Eric is super patient. He staffs in Texas I know for sure and other states. definitely work with him !
I have been miserable for 2 weeks. I am trying to recover lost wages and it s like pulling teeth. I am in so much debt now.
The recruiters will harass you day and night to set up an interview and accept a position. Once you sign that contract, communication stops. Every step of the way I had to beg for information. Once at my location I never heard from my recruiter unless I emailed a question. My serious concerns about documented COVID exposure were not taken seriously. FT perm employees are tested but travelers were not. Beware, you must detail review every word of your contract or they will lie. Also don t expect them to advocate for you to your contracted facility. A lot of lip service. No action. You are a commodity for the recruiters to achieve bonus and nothing more.
