I went in not knowing much about Ayurveda, but I came out with a completely different understanding of how it looks at daily life, food, sleep, and small habits. The consultation didn’t feel like someone just telling me what to do, but more like a calm conversation about what might suit my body and routine. That made it feel very real and not forced. I also liked that there was no rush and everything was explained in a way I could actually understand and follow. It felt like a genuine space to learn and experience Ayurveda, and I’m really glad I chose Aura Ayurveda.
