Called a week before to setup a appointment to have my windows tinted and showed up at 10 am Saturday August 25th 2012 and there was a sign posted that they were closed until Tuesday. I understand if there was a family emergency or something of that nature but to not call and let me know is just poor service. My money will be going elsewhere.

I found Audio Xperts through google and their high rating. I called because I wanted to get a new Head Unit for my truck. Vinny was incredibly patient with me. He answered all of my questions, addressed any concerns and, the best part, was that he was not pushy or aggressive at all to make a sale. He encouraged me to come in and take a look at some of the head units to see what would be right for me before considering making any purchase. He really took the time to make sure I was well informed before making any purchases. I eventually got my Head unit installed with Audio Xperts. The quality of the work was top notch. I would recommend them to anyone. They are great people and do great work.

These guys are knowledgeable and friendly! I took my used Toyota Tundra here right after I bought it and thank God I did. The audio set up was all messed up from the previous owners and sounded awful. These guys fixed me up quick and did it right. They are pricey, but I don't know many cheap experts.

I've been into car audio for almost 10 years and I had my truck done and my car done by them. These guys are PROFESSIONALS. No quick connects, straight solder contacts. Quality over quantity. Talk to Vinny if you have questions, very respectful and offers good opinions for sound systems

Amazing customer service went to about 4 other places with horrible service and didn't want to give them my business but after going to this place definitely a 5 star on service, quality, and customer service would definitely recommend to a friend or anyone, looking for their next audio upgrade!

I purchased a very expensive (~$2000) Zapco amplifier from this retailer. With less than an hour of usage its clear that it has a defect. Zapco makes great products, however nothing is perfect and there will be a defective product from time-to-time regardless of how good a manufacturer is. Immediately Vince pointed the finger at me, asking me to send my DSP file to him so he can review it. Also claiming that my install must be bad. As someone who has extensive experience in electronics repair I opened the amp and found a row of bad surface resistors. I have temporarily replaced the amp with another amp and have no issues with my install. Stay away from this business as they will not stand behind the products they sell once they have your money.

Really great installation service and was very quick.

I drove over an hour to get my car calibrated and when i get there he tells me its updating. I come back an hour later he tells me his computer is updating. I thought he meant my handset. Wow just waste a whole hour of my time these guys are not professionals. Now i have to go somewhere else to get my car calibrated. I had an appointment at 11 left at 12 with no work done and 3 hours of lost time for an appointment i planned. These are not professionals

So far very happy with what I have bought and learned with always helpful and friendly advice and shared experience with products...can be pricey but but as they say you get what you pay for... And so far all I have seen is good quality...

My fiance was shopping around for a spot to hook him up with a new audio deck. Vinny's professionalism and fun personality exceeded our expectations. He broke down every expense and was honest about the wait time, trying everything to accomodate our tricky schedule and squeeze us in where he could.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. We had them add a stereo and a back up camera to our vehicle. We were very pleased with their professionalism, availability to install it that day and great attitude. Would highly recommend to family and friends. They also Solder connections so you get great quality and less likely hood for failure. They are award winning in the audio industry.

Stopped by the shop to get some advice on what I could do to improve the stock system in my 2021 Super Duty and theses guys delivered! Vince gave me his suggestions, took the time to explain the details, & never tried to sell me components I didn't really need for what I was trying to accomplish! A huge Thank You to Vince & his team, now I'm hearing parts of the music that I didn't know were even there! AMAZING!!!

Vinny and crew are great, very friendly and took the time to explain and educate about the products and service. Installation was high quality and exactly as described. Highly recommend.
