Audi Volkswagen Clarksburg Review

So we have had VW s for a long time and have been coming here off and on for many years.
The level of service has really improved in the last few years. We have been impressed with the staff and they have taken the time to make sure that we have been happy.
That may not sound like a lot but it goes a long way. It s nice to know that we can rely on people that actually care about our vehicles and not just getting the next dollar from us.
I would recommend them with 10 stars.

I ve had good luck here. They ve been able to get my Jetta fixed a few different times without charging me too much. I am more comfortable bringing it here than any other place. The employees show that they care about fixing your car right not just making the next quick buck.

Ray was the best sales person!
He got me a good deal and a hot GLI. I ve been eyeing that car for a month and they made it happen for me.

Love my Tiguan. The Clarksburg people have been great to deal with. From the day I purchased to the maintenance visits everything has been real good.
The service staff is especially helpful. They have picked up and brought my car back to save me time. They have given me free car washing s. It s a good place for VW people.

I broke down on my way home from FL to Toronto and they took me in, helped me out and couldn't have been more helpful and hospitable. Nothing but the best things to say about this location, I'm forever grateful the staff at the service bay were so compassionate.

The manager, Mike, really went the extra mile to get us in and fixed quickly. I thought we were going to be without our car for awhile but he arranged to come get our car and brought it back to us the next day all done.
That is customer service!

My husband (Charles Bailey and myself) just purchased our 4th car from this dealership, have always been treated with the utmost respect by all the people we've met over the years, purchased the first two vehicles when it was Saturn of Clarksburg, (2 new Saturns an Ion and Aura) a Volkswagen Jetta several years ago and just last week a beautiful Jeep Compass with very low mileage. We love this dealership and would not consider giving anyone else our business, that's why we drive from Morgantown to Clarksburg to this dealership. Our salesman this time was Alec Christy and I highly recommend him if you are interested in a vehicle they have, we couldn't be more pleased with how the deal went or how much we love our new vehicle. I am a long time VW fan. I ve owned 13 of them so far and have come in contact with a lot of dealerships through the years.
I don t think I m an expert but I can tell who really knows German cars and who doesn t. This dealership definitely knows German cars. Mine is a 2013. No problem whatsoever with their technicians. I like to ask a few questions just to see who I m dealing with and make sure they know what they are doing.
I was impressed by the service managers general knowledge and more so the guys working on the cars.
I ll be coming here from now on.

Austin was real good to do deal with. We got a fair deal on the Jetta. The guys doing the paperwork were really nice and made sure we got the deal we needed to make this work. I recommend them.
