Bought a car here a few weeks ago. Found a couple cars I liked on their website and went to check them out. Was helped by a guy called Gio. He didn't want to show me both cars, just the one. We liked the one we tested so we said we'd take it. Signed all paperwork, paid the deposit and we had bought the car... or so we thought. The bank were slow to send out approval, it took 8 days. About 10 minutes after I sent all approval info from BOA, we got a call to say that the dealership had sold the car to someone else. How? What do you mean? This is a joke, right? Nope, they sold it. Ripped up my paperwork to sell the car and I had to call repeatedly in order to get my nearly $4K deposit back.

In closing, this probably doesn't happen often but what a joke!! Who does that. Obviously do not recommend!!!

Mo WAS AMAZING!!! Never had a car salesman handle business so professionally and make me feel like we were the only people there and his only client. Truly knowledgeable and extremely helpful! David in finance was also a dream - such a seamless process - highly recommend.

Austin truly showed what Audi customer service is all about. Audi Orlando South really goes out of their way to appreciate each and every customer. I will definitely not be going anywhere else.

Expressed my dissatisfaction with an excellent customer service representative, Manuel Camacho, who was courteous and gracious throughout my entire experience. As I was running late I requested to have the customer service manager contact me. Upon returning his call, which went unanswered, I left him a voicemail requesting another call back or an email to the address on file. Over a month has passed and I have; 1) yet to get a call back from this customer service manager (I do have his name and contact information) and 2) I strangely did not receive a feedback request email after voicing my dissatisfaction with the way my situation and service was handled. I was able to locate my previous request for feedback email. I am certain this is not how customer service is routinely handled at Audi South Orlando.

I purchased my first Audi here in 2015. One of the reasons that I came back to Audi on top of liking the brand was the dealership and their customer service. Gio is a phenomenal sales agent to work with. I reached out to him prior and told him what I was looking for and what my budget was and he made this perhaps the most seamless car buying experience ever. Suffice to say, I don't foresee myself going with another brand solely due to this dealership's exemplary customer service.

I was contacted after seeing a car I was interested online. Bought a used car from their Auto Nation. The car ...

Bought a used car from their Auto Nation. The car was priced fairly and in good shape and as advertised. They were prompt to answer my inquiry and set up an appointment to view the car.
However, once I arrived the salesman didn't seem very interested in the sale. They were unable to deal with my financial institution. I didn't bring a checkbook and they were unable to allow more than $3000 on a card. Had to drive an hour back to my house to get the checkbook. They said they closed at 8 so we made it back at 7:45 and then they made us wait 40 minutes to hand them the check.
Salesperson gave my husband one key and said we would have to come back to get the other. Found out after the fact there was only one key anyway. They didn't care.
End impression is that if you want a good deal and you don't care about being treated well while you are there, this place is fine.

I had the best experience buying my certified pre-owned vehicle with Mac Scott! He was quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable about all features of the vehicle, patient and thorough when discussing financing options and terms, and overall so great throughout the entire process!
