I purchased my second Audi from Paul S, who I would highly recommend working with. He very knowledgeable, professional, and provides exceptional service. He responded super quick to my correspondences, put in the leg work to find exactly what I was looking for, and put together a great deal for me. He is never pushy and always helpful. He makes the car buying experience a positive one. He is also appreciative of my business and loyalty, which is rare. I will continue to travel across the state to do business with such a stand up guy!

Gotta say, past experience with IA hasn't been great...Some of these reviews had me questioning going to look at a used car here. Cal was amazing, very easy to deal with and so was the finance dept.(Justin). Thank you!

I recently purchased a 2015 Volkswagen Passat from them and thought the entire experience was excellent! Since I was buying it out of state and sight unseen, I had a lot of concerns about arriving there and seeing the vehicle not as advertised. However, everyone I interacted with were very helpful and had no problems sending me pictures, taking all my calls, and even test driving it for us.

When we arrived everything was as they described (and even better looking in person!) so I bought it. As we were waiting for them to finish cleaning it, people would come by and check on us and even showed us around the building.

It's been 2 weeks since I purchased my car. I put about 2,000 miles on it since then and haven't noticed any faults whatsoever. Thank you to everyone that helped make this purchase happen and making me feel comfortable buying my first out of state car! I would gladly do business with them again in the future!

I bought an Audi Q3 on March 26. Overall, it was a tiring experience that I hope nobody else will have to go through. They misspelled my name TWICE: First time on the sales contract; missing letters and the "name" they came up with looks like they just smashed some keys on the keyboard and called it good. They didn't even get the number of letters correct but at least they got the first and last ones right. Second time, when they entered my name into the system and now I'm getting emails and letters with the wrong name.

Additionally, I was told at 3:15 pm that the dealership doesn't take cashiers checks or credit cards over 2k and will only accept a wire, which has a cut off time at 3:30 pm. I ended up wiring the money over but was told I can not pick up the car until the following Monday. I would have grabbed cash and avoided this entire fiasco if the finance person or sales person were upfront with payment requirements.

I expected more professionalism from Audi North since their sales men all looked like experienced individuals. I like my car, now that I finally have it, but it was an unpleasant and draining experience to say the least.

I got my Audi Q5 a couple of months ago. I was treated by respect, professional and very friendly. The pricing was better than other dealers and they managed to find an exact car (interior and exterior color plus options) I was looking for!

Had an amazing experience with Audi North Shore! The Service tech I was in contact with (Seth Klein) was very professional and answered any and all questions about my vehicle (which there was many!) showed patience and amazing customer service. I had a EPC light come on along with 12 codes that popped up and he ensured me it could be one thing that could cause all these codes. I m always nervous dealing with mechanics as I ve been screwed over in the past. Audi North Show was honest about what needed fixing to get my car running again and I will never take my Audi A4 to any other Audi dealership in Wisconsin! And one of the most important is it was reasonable in price and my car has never ran better! My car was done in a decent time frame once they found what the problems were and when it was fixed! Highly recommend for all your Audi needs!!!

The service here was terrible to say the least. We were being helped by Steve Pass who had very little patience to our questions and was highly disrespectful as if he did not have the time to help the customer. Very poor customer service attitude and lacked significant communication. We came to Audi not knowing which vehicle will be beneficial to us, but Steve continued to ask questions that we just simply couldn't answer as we have little knowledge of Audi vehicles. He kept persisting on questions like "How much money are you willing to spend" "What color vehicle do you want" instead of actually showing us the options available and what Audi has to provide. Waste of our time and do not waste yours with a sales representative like Steve Pass.
