The staff is very respectful which is a rarity at car showrooms in my experience. Greg Glennis, my sales person, addressed all my questions and had patience with me which helped to make an informed decision. Even the negotiation part which sometimes could turn ugly was handled in a very professional manner. All in all, great experience, great deal and great staff. Walking away with my new Audi Q5 after such a pleasant experience made it all more special to get my first car.

Beginning - Not a great start - Initially we were greeted right away as we were walking in. At the front desk the lady was a bit occupied with her phone and she didn't notice us standing in front of thr desk for quite a while. At this point my partner cleared his throat to get her attention.
She acknowledge us but it was a bit nonchalant.
She then connected us with Ms. Lori.
Middle: Our experience gets better. Ms Lori greeted us with warm, friendly smile. She offered us beverage while we waited.
Our car buying experience was absolutely delightful. Ms. Lori was very friendly, warm and made us feel at home. We didn't get the car we had initially intended to purchase but she was able to find us another fit, that matched our needs and requirements. She is a gem and your car buying experience will be a memorable, delightful experience at Audi North Atlanta with her. Rest of the staff were courteous and friendly.
Final - I'd have given this review a 3-4 star because of initial experience but Ms. Lori went above and beyond with her attention to detail, ability to connect in several aspects, and her honesty and transparency with the car purchase makes up for it. 5 star it is!

Had a great experience dealing with Kevin Garneys while negotiating my trade in and purchase of a new e-tron. He's very relaxed and you never get the feeling of getting pushed. The showroom is large, new and roomy. Overall great experience and would definitely visit Audi North Atlanta for my next purchase. Totally stress-free. Thank you Audi North Atlanta! BTW-test drive the e-tron. So high tech and smooth. Many more electronic goodies than a Tesla.
We have never had a more pleasant car buying experience. We found our car online. Greg Glennie, our Salesman, was easy as ever to work with from start to finish via phone, text and email. The process was seamless. Thanks to Amber in finance they even beat the interest rate offered by our local credit union, which we did not think possible! We were offered top dollar for our trade, the price of their car was better than expected. No haggling! They even delivered the car and paperwork to us. The gentleman that delivered the car, Chuck, could not have been nicer! We highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car.

My experience at Audi North Atlanta was and is a long one to tell, but I will shorten it for this review. Starting from my first vehicle service here, Joey and Kay took care of me throughout the *entire* process of servicing my Audi Q3. They made sure I was well taken care of, and they listened and help with all my concerns and needs.
Eventually, I was in the process of trading in and purchasing another Audi here. Unfortunately it did not work out the first round, but I am extremely thankful for Kevin Kim for giving me a call and for trying his hardest to earn my business. He made my fiancee and I feel extremely welcomed, happy, and satisfied throughout the entire process. I cannot thank him enough.
Lydia was another key player in purchasing the car. She was extremely accommodating, and ready to do whatever it took to help us get us out the door quickly. Kevin and Lydia both played a crucial role in our decision to purchase our Audi.
