Very good services provided. Mrs. Martins is very professiobal and customer oriented.

Bought and serviced my secondhand Audi A7 here. Friendly people who always try to help and they try to do it in English as well. Very good experiences until now, they keep you posted on the expected timing of reparation etc. only downside is that the prices are quite high (but that is the case for all official brand dealers I guess). But I rate this dealer much higher than some of the bmw dealers in Luxembourg

They overcharge for just a simple revision, terrible costumer service, very disappointing, I do not recommend.

Very good impression. I am customer since 2008 and was never dissapointed.

Bad and unprofessional experience.
I got my car with 7 months delay, with wrong color of blade.

At the purchase, me and my wife made the configuration with the seller, the car was as we wanted, with the blade and the rest of the same color.

Then, at the order, when we asked why the blade color was not specified, he claimed there was a technical mistake on the website, but he granted this was not impacting the order itself.

Finally, at the delivery, we immediately noted the mistake: he said he was not remembering, he said the white blade are free option in the "sport version" and they were assigned automatically.

Personally, I should have never trusted this person, which has in my opinion 0 professionalism and accountability: My mistake to trust in the end

I would not suggest this garage

Very slow service - both for receiving and for doing the actual work. I came in here to change my tyres, 30mins had to wait in line to hand in the keys (only 2 customers before me) and afterwardsit took 5h for them to actually change the tires. it was not a walk in, but a preagreed appointment. other than the wait, the service was ok.
