Adam is the best! I like that he manages the service on my car and is available to answer any questions I might have regarding recommend repairs. I appreciate the service video showing the services and condition of my car. I appreciate their diligence and full disclosure.
I loved Audi of Dallas so much that I passed 2 other Audi dealerships just to come to them for their service and friendly hassle free staff until yesterday. I came in for an oil change and had a coupon that stated it was free if you were a first responder or medical worker which I was told that I don t fall into those categories. Hmmm since when is a pharmacist not consideredmedical worker. After I asked to speak to someone higher up to voice my concern all of a sudden the service rep said they would give me to me this time. I was furious at the fact that they didn t consider pharmacists medical workers. I had to work every day during the first few months of the the pandemic. I may change locations since I m not considered a medical worker and the coupon clearly didn t have any exclusions.
I m a happy Camper!! I never say that quote so I know I m super happy!!! The service was great everybody there is so welcoming like a family everyone has a great attitudes very professional and polite! I love my sales guy Dusty Craig nickname aka (Big worm) he s an awesome guy! He s very knowledgeable in sales and products one of the best!! The finance guy Aaron is pretty awesome to they give you a different experience.!They really help you get the best deal and none are the sales guys are pushy they give you time to decide and they make **** happen!!
Really enjoyed my experience buying a new Audi at this dealership! My Sales Specialist was Stephen R. (his nickname is "Frozen"). He is the best car salesperson that I have ever worked with. Overall, he made it a very fun car buying experience. I highly recommend him. I used to lease a Q5 and had it serviced here at Audi Dallas. Everyone here is super friendly and professional, which is why I chose to buy from this particular dealership.
Audi buying made simple!!! This process couldn't of been any easier, faster, or better! From start to finish this car buying experience was great!! I found the car I wanted online, was able to complete the bulk of the process online, received a call from Adam F. to confirm some details and came in an hour later to test drive and get my trade in inspected.
Dusty did a great job of pointing out all the amazing features on the car and took me on a test drive. While on a test drive my car was being appraised and done by the time we got back. Communication was above and beyond, there wasn't a single question unanswered!

We had an awesome experience at Audi Dallas. When i was unhappy with a missing feature, Audi Dallas considered our concern and took care of us by going above and beyond. True to their word and business. I bought my car from them, and I have visited them for servicing, and general maintenance. It is always a pleasure to be there, and they truly take care of customer satisfaction. I have never been so relaxed when leaving my car with someone else, but I am with them. This was my first time visiting Audi Dallas and I found the staff and the service very professional. My service representative Katelyn immediately took my car in at the scheduled time and was able to have it serviced in about an hour and a half. During that time I had several questions about maintenance and servicing my Audi. She was able to answer my questions and provide additional information as requested. I also had an opportunity to work with Sergio in the parts department. I found him to be very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. Overall experience was excellent and I will be returning for future service.
