What a bunch of cheaters. They lie they cheat , they steal. Tell you to fix things that are not broken and being caught out. Shocking. Won t take responsibility if they at fault. Super expensive. Just happy to take your money.
Will NEVER EVER buy an Audi again because of their thievery.

Terrible, if I could give zero I would. The service consultant was not there the morning to greet, does not call to update me and when I called the afternoon she was not there. Eventually called me 2 hours later at 3:30pm to say it will be ready by 4:30 but only got my car at 5:20pm!

To top it all off, they stole my SD card, flipping unprofessional and crooks. Worst decision of my life to buy an Audi!

Love how the staff treat you and acknowledge your presence

Really bad, I need to phone constantly to find out the status of my vehicle. I needed to inform audi that the part they are replacing is under warranty. I keep getting told that I will be contacted soon, but then never get a call back.

Nothing there not to love. The best cars in the world. The friendliest, polite and efficient staff you could ever hope to meet. And the coffee is superb.

Terrible customer ervice from this dealership. The attitude from Bronwyn and Darryl was disappointing to say the least.

My vehicle went back several times for the same issue and kept being misdiagnosed until I eventually took it to Audi Claremont.

I have been traveling from southern subs to have my car serviced here as do many others for the last 3 years, due to this franchise always going the extra mile.Outstanding customer care.

Do not take your car to this operation. Due to them mis-diagnosing a simple issue with my vehicle over and over again, I have in total spent the equivalent of the value of my car to fix one single issue. They completed tens of thousands of rands of unnecessary repairs. In addition to this, when I finally picked up my car it was damaged. Windscreen wiper torn, hood of the car full of markings and head light popped, which they asked me for more money to repair - for damage they caused! This place is a scam or simply run by the most incompetent staff! Either way, stay away.

These guys rock, servicing experience is almost surreal!

I used to be a regular customer and for a time the service but great. But lately the service and attitude of staff is terrible. Can't fix an obvious fault on my indicator, don't ever follow up when they say they will and now they don't offer lifts from work back to the service centre any more. The one small thing that made a difference. I seriously doubt that my next car will be an Audi again.

On Thursday, 12 September 2019, I had a car break-down close to this Audi Centre ( I do not drive an Audi). The workshop staff was highly professional, most helpful and friendly, going far beyond their work duty to assist me. I was assisted by Mark and the repair done by Charles. The workshop itself is clean, tidy and excellently stocked, with everything in its place. So grateful to be living in a country where your fellow citizens will always do their best to assist you, no matter what. This is not the case in the northern hemisphere countries, to which South Africans tend to look up to. Audi can be proud to have such top employees. Well done guys and THANK YOU - Hilde

They assisted with our car on a Sunday and were open on the Monday which was a public holiday to fix it.The mechanic who came to help us when we broke down was the same mechanic who worked on our car. The staff are friendly and helpful. We didn't have to call them to follow up on our vehicle, they called us.

After receiving terrible service at one of the other Audi Centres, I am very happy with the service I received here. Great communication, friendly staff and generally a well oiled machine. Well done to the manager and the team.

I purchased an Audi A7 from Audi Approved Second Hand, the car was using 310ml of oil for every 1000km .... Audi said this is acceptable, reasonable usage is 500ml per 1000km .... think about this spec on a R1mil car they say it is fine to use a pint (500ml) of oil for every 1000km of driving ; Audi eventually (after massive moaning) replaced a minor part, the car is still using 230ml of oil for every 1000km of driving, Audi have said that is acceptable and the case is closed. NEVER BUY AN AUDI - they are con artists .....

I had money stolen out of my car by the workers, when I let them know, they said they would reimburse me for the amount that was taken... Naturally I never heard from them again.

In addition, they quoted me R4200 over the phone, then charged me R5400 when I got there.

Save yourself the hassle, go ANYWHERE else

My memory card was stolen. The thief actually removed it out of it's adapter inside the radio! I was very upset.
I pointed this out to the service consultant, who made me wait while she continued to sit on the phone with customer after customer, without even an apology to me. Eventually I said I had to leave, and she said that she would contact me. I received no phone call at all the next day, so I called back. She apologized for not calling back and then said that she did try to follow up and that there was nothing she could do.

Very poor customer service! Whether there was anything they could do or not, the whole thing could have been handled much more professionally! I am appalled.

My husband and I went there to look for a car. The saleslady took our details as she said other cars should arrive soon. It's been a year and she hasn't called us back. Pathetic service.
