Judah was the one who helped me when I came in to look for a new car. Not only was he super nice and just the most respectful person I met, he was very helpful as well. I came in looking for a certain thing in a car and he was just outstanding. Within just about an hour or two he helped me pick out the car I now currently drive. Everyone there is nice and helpful as well, and everything was super easy, from looking at cars, to test driving them, to being upfront about taxes and fees to simply signing paper work. Will definitely go back to them if and when I need another/new car!!!!!!

Everyone was great. There was no pressure, everyone was just being helpful. The quality of the cars, the low price guarantee, and the option to return the car within 5 days (for any reason) made buying one of their cars an easy decision. I always felt comfortable with them. Process was very smooth and quick. First time in my life I didn t haggle a car price because it was already so good! Special shout out to Judah who was a young and incredibly competent sales guy :). My daughter is thrilled with the car we got her and we are planning to buy a vehicle for ourselves within the next few weeks. I won t shop anywhere else.

I had a great experience working with Tim! He was very personable and didn t pressure me into doing anything. This was our third visit to Auction Direct and each time we went each salesman was kind, not pushy and did not engage in fast talking unlike many other lots we visited. Auto Direct staff was friendly and was willingly to help with the process of purchasing a car that they had. If they have another vehicle that I would like to purchase then I will definitely go back to them. Edit 20120912. Just found out from a tint specialist that my car had tiny but was taken off. I will still go to auto direct but will have more questions for them.

I recently purchased my second car with Auction Direct with Antonio Brewer. I have to say this was an AMAZING experience. I appreciated that I was allowed to walk the lot on my own to get a feel for their inventory and make some preliminary decisions on what vehicles I was interested in. I appreciated that I was left alone to consider my options with NO PRESSURE to make a decision from the sales team. Once I finally made up my mind, Antonio had me out the door with my new car within an hour!

They were very nice, but I spoke with one of the managers regarding a long deep scratch on the vehicle where some of the paint is beginning to come off. He replied back to me saying there is not much that we can do and then he turned around and said I can give you a reasonable price to bring it here. I said I just bought the vehicle so why should I have to pay for it. He immediately said since you purchase the vehicle four weeks ago. I said back to him, I just purchased that vehicle last Friday not four weeks ago!!! That told me a lot right then and there. I will not mention his name. I even took a photo of the scratch to him and he has not even bothered to call me back like he said he would. It's okay because now I know what I am dealing with a company that sells you a vehicle and then just tries to brush you off after they get a sale from you. I have more issues to write about dealing with them but I will keep it to myself. I hope that the car that was sold to me it's not a lemon!!! which I bought from them on September 24, 2021. A word of advice for these people, CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS BACK. If people take the time to purchase a vehicle from you treat them right just don't brush them off after you get a sale from them!!! God is always watching!!!
