Auburn Spinal Therapy Centre, Melbourne, Australia Review

I have been going to the centre for about 2 months and would recommend to anyone with knee (patellofemoral) pain wanting to get out of pain by building strength. Mitch is a highly personable physio who listens with empathy and is dedicated to getting you better! From Mitch I have learnt many exercises to reduced the pain that I used to have from sitting for a prolonged periods. I have always found Nell on reception very welcoming and helpful.

Always great service and they provide the utmost of care and professionalism. Very highly recommended.

Visited for treatment of ongoing issues as a result of dancing and running. My practitioner was Clare Nash who I found to be very friendly and professional. Clare was very thorough in her diagnosis and assisted me with a treatment plan that has kept me in both activities. I have since recommended Clare to a number of friends who are also very happy with their treatment.

My neuro pain management specialist recommended me to Auburn Spinal Therapy Centre following a flare of severe pain. I was assigned to Mitch who is a brilliant physio. He has listened, monitored and taken me on a journey of less pain through treatment, strengthening of my core, glutes and back using the reformer Pilates and home exercises. Now my pain flare ups last days, not weeks/months. I'm also enjoying playing all the sports that I love. If you're willing to put the regular work into doing the exercises then Mitch is the number one physio to support you to break the chronic pain cycle and a life of less pain!

Rang to make an appointment - was left on hold for 4 mins and then was told that someone would call me back. Seriously? Maybe you could have told me that before you left me on hold.
I haven't actually used this centre however their customer service skills leave a lot to be desired.

What can I say about Auburn Spinal Therapy Centre? They are just BRILLIANT!!! Ken Nieri is the master of manual therapy and treatment. Under his care, I have successfully recovered from spinal surgery to regain the strength lost due to injury. Ongoing treatment ensures my body is maintained in the best possible condition that it can be. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ken and the team to anyone with any spinal issues - they are professional, caring, friendly and experts in their field.
