Worst trainer ever. 10 hours of duty time 18k basic , no sales but 300 dial a day to confirm the person by existing data on excel. 6600 dial for whole month yet they claim its not a call centre big LOOOLLL

AUA Solutions has some very amazing talent onboard. Everyone has great expertise in their field and is happy to share their knowledge with others. One of my favorite things about the company is how extremely honest they are in their dealings and the lengths they go to to ensure integrity in every aspect. People genuinely care here and take the time to get to know you and welcome you. It is a great environment with lots of "play hard, work hard". Great work environment Generous PTO Sick leave, Fully stocked kitchen , Health insurance, Increments half yearly. You truly feel valued as an employee.

Cons

None that I can think of.

I recently resigned from AUA solutions, The main reason for resignation is that they will treat you like robot especially the seniors like Adeel, Adan, Jaweria as they don't see you like human, as you are new you may take time to settle which is normal but for them this is not they want same result from you as from any other experience employee or if you don't give it they will starr the rain of "HALF DAYS OFF" and "FULL DAYS OFF" and the icing on the top will be that they threaten you that if you don't improve you will be fired. I'm sick one day and had a very severe fever I email them that i can't come as they first scolded me that don't message about the leave email it so i did it and the next day they scolded me why you email us? you should call! and then they say where is medical as I don't have it because i treat my self in home so they said you don't have fever you are lying!
And another incident is that as i have to submit form in mu university for degree and it was last date so i tell them that i have to go university you can cut my salary but what they do. they cut 8 days salary.. 8 DAYS!!!!

As a senior employee in AUA Solution this company helps me a lot polishing my self , developed a lots of skills to work in a professional environment and company do also thinks a lot of its employees benefits. And learning good experience of browsing skills, Microsoft Excel skills. They offer great benefits to new once which other companies usually not offers to entry level people.Good place to start career with.

Part of my life best place to work friendly environment

One of the worst call centre in karachi. Please dont go there. The interviewer didnt even know how to interview cadidates. The salary they offer is even lower than their standards.

I went here for test, first I enter the building, then i went in room, peon asked me to set here, he wrote my name and checked in list, after sometime he gave me questions paper.
So i was shocked, but tick all questions and i think there was only one question for write, which was almost three or four line paragraph.
By the help of God i passed that test and interview too, there was young lady from HR she took my test on computer to, basically they gather data for companies and Also work on Search engine optimization.
So, after some days they call me and offer me Job which was in night shift, because they work in shifts mine was 7pm to till 5pm that was hard for me. And salary package was also low for new person.

Currently working ! Highly Professional Environment Highly recommended for JOB

Too many are paid from this pool, but aren't deserving of it. They do not have the work ethic or experience to be employed, but still have jobs. This is consensus from all of the captains & Mids. But still nothing is done. This place is run by the employees & not the management. This place is a diamond in the ruff, with all of the potential to be GREAT. But needs restructuring.

I applied to this company for web research executive (data entry executive) position and after giving two interviews with Rija Amin, they selected me for the above position. The job contains following pros and cons:
1) The position is a contract based of 6 months (they won't reveal on social site) and candidate can't leave it within 6 months and if candidate wishes to leave the company then the management will deduct 7500 pkr from his salary.
2) Candidate will be provided one week unpaid training and within first two days they will let you know whether you are capable for this job title or not. Their trainer Hafi A, gave me training and in just two days he was like that would not be able to work with us due to speed. In just two days no one can learn the entire responsibility and duties of the job. Actually, they just want to waste your time, fuel and money.
3) No days off even on Ashura and holidays of Pakistan. Nearly, Rija Amin told me at least 5 to 6 times over the phone to think before joining due to off days, salary which is very less and training period. So generous of her.
Don't join this company to waste your time either for morning and evening shifts. Worst management since they don't have any mature trainers and employees all are very young and behave in a very childish manner. WORST COMPANY.

Work as a Senior employee in this firm, they provide a lot of benefits and increase your working skills.

Not a good place to start your career as well as not a good place for part time workers such as Data Entry Operator Plus not a friendly environment.
