The place in Montreal to eat sweetbreads. Everything is great.

Unique gastronomical experience. An excellent opportunity to taste french/terroir cuisine made with fine and uncommon ingredients.
Very knowledgeable sommelier, would suggest the perfect wine to marry your supper.
One of the few places where seal is served, either fresh or in charcuterie.

Everything was put together very well. Excellent. The missing last star is because it was not unforgettable...

This is one of my favourite little places on the Plateau. Great food, service, and in a great location. Not a budget restaurant however.

Obligatory passage ! He does not spend a quarter without spending there for dinner and this for almost 3 years.
