My mobile application is blocked...I call the service concerned...I am told that their service is buggy...called back tomorrow...the next day I call back...they hang up on me...after several attempts. ..I managed to have a person....who said leave me your contact details...we will call you back tomorrow....and indeed we will call me back..the next day...you have to download an application so that the no one sees your National Card .... she confirms and tells me OK your application is unlocked ....
I try to connect to the application ... we change MDP ..... and finally the application is still blocked ....

They make you feel like you've gone to ask them for alms!
