I want to park my own car, do not force me to use valet, damn.

So, not only did they throw my best friend a gorgeous baby shower upstairs, they have amazing service. I highly recommend not only for their food but also, the experience and customer service. John, the valet, made sure after i became very ill that my wallet (which i left on a bench in a rush to get home woth my illness) with all of my money was recovered and safe. They were trying to find me for days. Chris, was amazing as well and just thrilled i called. Bartenders are ALWAYS friendly, kind, and fun to talk to. I could NOT recommend this restaurant and its food and staff more!
Went here when we were in town for a concert. Beautiful history building with great ambiance. Bethany our server was great and food was fantastic and unique. I had the halibut and my husband had the ribs. Wonderful experience and we will definitely go back next time we are in town.
Decent food but parking is a mess. And was upset we had a 17 person party and they wouldn't let us get thr drink special unless we went up to the bar but it eas so packed we all couldn't go.
Food is very appealing with quality ingredients but kept at a reasonable price point. Waitstaff are generally friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy being in service.
I didn't know its a sports bar. Waitress was annoyed with us deciding to order take out
Did not even get into the resturant valet was very rude and disrespectful so we left
Michelle was a great server! Our greeter, not sure of his name, is great at his job also!
Delicious for lunch, too! We enjoyed their cool, shady porch and amazing food.
Great service and amazing food! Open on New Year's Day until 7pm! Upscale environment but down-to-earth people. Will be back again.
Worst dining experience my boyfriend and I have ever had. The atmosphere was absolutely awful for a young (20s) couple. No greeter at the front of the house made an awkward entrance. The food arrived after 45 minutes and was completely unsatisfactory. The salad I got tasted like it had been soaking in the dressing the entire time. No crunch at all. My boyfriend's tomato vodka pasta tasted like it was straight out of a can. We received no bread at our table and the service was rushed when it wasn't even busy. Never going back.
Normaly we have a good expirence at this restaurant but this time it was terrible.
We had reservations which did not matter we still had to wait 45 minutes.
Our server was sweet and nice but clearly overwhelmed.
Our food was just ok, kind of.
In some cases not what we ordered.
When ordering a salad with avocados and not getting them was frustrating when the manager told us they have not had avocados in the kitchen for months.
To his credit he came back and apoligized after he himself read the menu and saw it was described the way we ordered it and also admitted he was extremly tired since they were understaffed.
Even though he comped the salad it was too little too late.
Our family gathering was already ruined with the issues the establisment was having that evening.
I felt extremly bad for our daughter who was looking forward treating her family to a festive holiday evening and instead paid for 2 hours of stressful disappointment.
Atria's is clearly losing its mojo
Great place to host a small banquet or for a fancy dinner for two (or more). The outdoor patio is great when the weather cooperates. Free valet parking (please tip your attendant!). Food is excellent.
Good food. Interesting environment. The pot roast nachos are quite enjoyable. Moderately expensive.
Sat at the bar, food was great, bartender was terrible. ( Nicole) Service was terrible. Thanksgiving 2019
Went to dinner with my dad, son and boyfriend on Friday. The salmon was burnt on the outside and cold on the inside. My son had sliders that were burnt to a crisp, and the pot roast on the nachos as well as the meal was dried out beyond belief. There were only about 5 other tables in the restaurant, and it still took almost 10 minutes to have our waitress come over when we first sat down. The hostess was very nice and seated us quickly however. So every time I have gone to Atrias, any of the locations, the food is always pretty great. I have spent Thanksgiving dinners, Christmas eve dinners, mothers day, and now this was for fathers day. We didnt say anything about the food because it is normally pretty great food. My dad was in town and I recommended this place because it never let me down before. So one time isnt worth mentioning- things happen and the food wasnt very good but it was out of the normal. We ate-paid our bill- even ordered desserts to go. It wasnt Until after dinner, I called to ask if I had left my phone/wallet there. The lady said yes your waitress actually picked it up off the table and we put it in the safe for you. Ok great... now I know no one touched it because she told me the waitress found it. To my surprise when I went to get it the next day, they took it out of the safe, all of the cash in my wallet was gone! $50.00 ... ! It's a shame because I have been to this place so many times, but this was so bad from start to finish and for someone on the staff to steal from me. Very bad experience.
Always great service, great food and the price is right!!! Nice homey atmosphere.
We had a luncheon in the sun room. It was beautiful and the service and meal was exceptional. I highly recommend for special occasion
Awesome place. Classic for the area. Great food and drinks. Great atmosphere. Upscale casual place with a menu to fit. Valet you car, grab a drink and a great meal.
It was a great place for our Anniversary dinner. The menu is diverse. The ribs were fall off the bone and tasted great. The Vodka Chicken Florentine was also delicious. The hours are also convenient. They have outdoor seatting.
They accommodated us when we showed up last week with a party of 8 and no reservations. Quick service and really nice drink menu--we will be back!
Great food, service, and atmosphere. Also love their specials!
Had Thanksgiving lunch here! The food was good....the service was great! Best of all...there were no dishes to do after our Thanksgiving feast! Definitely over priced, $25 for a turkey dinner. Your soft drinks were NOT included in this either. So you figure, almost $30 for a turkey dinner! Other than it being over priced....THE SERVERS were FANTASTIC & food was good!
I don't give many reviews so you either have to really suck or be amazing. This place is amazing. The meatloaf is one of best meals I've ever had, my girlfriend's bacon wrapped pork was a work of art and tasted even better than it looked. Sat right away and the server was excellent. Stop checking reviews and go.
Honestly, the crab bisque is worth five stars by itself.
First time I visited. Came on new years eve with a reservation and glad we did cause we got a table immediately. At first they said they were out of rolls, odd, but wasn't upset about it. Then they brought some out. But they weren't anything special as they were a hard type roll. Had the crab cakes and fried zucchini for appetizers, which were good. Had the maple glazed pot roast, which was very good. All of our meals were good. The only fault was they mixed up our side dishes or didn't exchange them for what we asked for. But they fixed it fairly quickly, that's the only reason for not getting 5 stars. I'd definitely recommend trying it out.
The waitress was given the outside section and then our table in the back near bathrooms. Service was slow food was only so so i wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone.
Excellent choice for Thanksgiving. Great atmosphere
Great food, great service. Very limited beer selection but a variety of styles. Only for stars because parking is very limited (walking distance away) or rely on valet parking. The patrons are not riff raff and perhaps the pricing helps keep out the anoying scum.
Food was amazing.. Fresh delicious..... Cant wait to come back
Just sat at the bar this time... met friends for drinks, no food. The bartender was so friendly and accommodating.
Exceptional service! Superb food! The atmosphere inviting and interesting! Salute'!
Awesome history and house style dining with different rooms and different feels to each area of the restaurant
Delicious food, quaint atmosphere. Server was excellent and manager was attentive to all our needs.
I went to the Mt Lebanon location on Thursday 8/13 and wanted to thank everyone there for their wonderful service. From the young man parking the cars in the pouring rain to the server who did a great job to the hostess who remained cognizant of everything going on around her and made good decisions while encountering a difficult situation. Thank all of you.
Food and service wonderful. Would not return after being advised of a time limit to eat. My sister was still eating and we were told we only had a few minutes left!
Nice location with plenty of unique seating options, great food and friendly staff. Valet parking, that was a surprise too. The attendant was very nice as well.
Food is tasty. The staff is very friendly. This is the kind of place that makes regulars and newbies feel welcome. Totally recommend
Cheesecake was crucmious! Look at the size of the slice they cut for you! Pot roast very tasty with mashed potatoes, peas, and carrots! Mmm! Delish!
A bit pricey but you can find a decent meal. It s a 50/50 for getting a high quality bite or a microwaved meal. The environment is very quaint.
Made a reservation for Saturday, August 21, 2020 to sit outside at 4:15 PM. We (party of three) arrived on time and were seated. At 5:05 we were into our second round of cocktails and a nacho platter and ready to order dinner. At that time we were literally thrown out and told they needed the table for 5:30 pm. We were never informed about a "so called time limit" on the table or told up-front our time was limited. Other parties who had been there longer were not asked to leave. Not only was the treatment we received rude but when I asked to see the manager she could not have been more caviler, uncaring, uninterested and even rolled her eyes at me as she turned to leave. I've been a patron at the Mt.Lebanon restaurant for over 30 years but NEVER AGAIN!
The side room was cool...great! No one else in there...so great for distancing. Quiet, so we could talk. Salmon Salad the best menu item! Waitress was very attentive!
Atria's October fest is the best in Pittsburgh. We go every year. 1 to 10 it's a 20
Amazing local chain restaurant. Prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is wonderful. The waiting staff were attentive and everything tasted excellent. Would highly recommend this place for anything from a casual date night to an anniversary.
Great menu and home feel atmosphere. Great food, overall 5 stars!
One of the best steaks I have ever had!
Friendly staff. A+
So, this was our first time to Atria. We went based on the reviews. Well, it was just okay. Wait staff very on the ball, however my husbands Stoli-Martini had a bug in it and he only noticed it after the first sip! When he pointed it out to the waitress she brought him another but no real apology or perhaps "on the house". Yuck.
The host did bring us an appetizer on the house as he heard it was our first time but no reference was made to the bug in the drink which leads me to believe that he hadn't been informed. The appetizer was nice.
Our food was bland. We ordered the Oktoberfest pork schnitzel with spatzle and the chicken parm. Both were unflavored and overcooked.
We would have been happier at Olive Garden honestly. Sorry, we were disappointed.
Great food and service! I had one of the best Italian meals in my entire life here, 11/10
Seriously delicious food and a great, unique atmosphere
Large portions . Had the Thanksgiving meal. Great price. Great taste.
Who puts a time limit on a fine dining restaurant? Oh and the service was atrocious. We came for dinner 2 weeks ago. After about an hour and fifteen minutes they told us they needed the table soon. I guess they didn t realize that our female server took forever to greet us. She forgot to ring in our drinks and they took 25 minutes to arrive. Terrible service, terrible management. Train your staff! They need to let people know about this ridiculous time limit so we won t waste our time dining here.
Had the meatloaf and chix pot pie the bar drink specials were just what we needed to end a great night out
Been to this place many times. The food and service has gone down hill.Got the ribs on Valentine's day tasted like a smoked piece of wood. Told the waitress she was going to tell manager and cook. Never got a response from manager. Could not even eat half of them the rest going in garbage.
Would not recommend this place to any one any more.
The original location with plenty of character and old time feel. Seasonal changes to menu keep things interesting and there is something for everyone. Patio dining and private rooms available. This location has free valet parking as the lot is quite tight and it is much easier to leave your car with the valet.
Attended a party here in the upstairs room that is rentable, the staff was wonderful and so helpful. The food and location were great, but my personal (surprising) highlight was the view from the second floor windows.
From the moment we walked in the door, everyone was very friendly. Hostess sat us upstairs in a quiet room with a few other tables. Our server was very polite and kind, always asking if we were OK and if we needed anything. Two different people came to the table to ask how our food and experience was. I believe this restaurant really cares about the customers and making them feel welcomed. Pot roast nachos were amazing. Seafood entree was small (that's expected), but it was very good. Chicken parmesan was good also.
We were able to enjoy dinning outside in their courtyard. Good atmosphere and good food.
Wonderful food and a wonderful place! Can't say enough positive things about the experience! Trevor was our waiter and he was super welcoming and very friendly. My husband and I will definitely make a point to go back!
Glad yinz are back open, was missing your food! Please fix your hours so we can know the schedule, I see your not open today (Saturday) from doordash but says you are tomorrow. Was planning on ordering for a second day in a row, that proves how good it is!
The food was amazing and the service was impeccable.
