I had a completely different experience working with ATR Construction. The project took longer than expected, and there were many issues along the way. However, their team managed to resolve everything and make it right in the end. Overall, I would rate them as average.

Recently bought a house the ATR resided 5 years ago. One gable end has completely fallen off. I ve called multiple times to have someone come out at take a look to at it but have never received a call back. The work that was done was very unprofessional, they did a terrible job doing a layover (it s falling off in multiple places) and they used interior drywall screws to mount exterior light fixtures. At this point I just want to find out where they bought the nonamed siding from. No one at Harvey s, abc, Lowe s Home Depot, Coopman, National, Cape cod, Chace or Fernando Has ever seen the siding before.... but they where all in agreement they it was a hack job from the pictures ... be warned
We just had ATR out to do the roof on our 1920's home and we are extremely impressed with the quality work and the efficiency of the crew. Not only did they make quick work of it but they left our yard cleaner than it was when they showed up! Even went around with a magnet to pick up all the nails so my dogs wouldn't get hurt. That really shows you they care about the work they are putting out there. The price was very reasonable and Ron went as far as fixing a spot in another one of our buildings roof at not charge! I would highly recommend Ron and his crew.
I had three different people look at a leak in our roof and Ron's approach was the only one that actively tried to find the problem and repair it, rather than suggesting to replace the whole roof or try some bandaid that wasn't likely to work. And even more incredible, he wouldn't accept payment until we were sure the repair worked by checking for leaks after the next rainstorm. Amazing service, skill, and professionalism. Highly recommend!
Ron has always done my roofs on what ever home I have own, he is very professional and has a great crew working for him. The job always looks great when he is done
