They really trust there community by leaving doors unlocked and letting people take tours of thier building, even the security room! They very kind establishment! So much so that they put their business at risk for the sake of the community, a true local buisness.

Don't bother working here if you don't know Spanish they won't speak english during first building tour and explaining the blueprints, and they lie about the reason you are let go
