Stay away from this people! They are thiefs! They required a deposit for the first 2 nights in order to book the room, afterwards the cancelled my reservation (saying the room was already booked through online system...) and never returned back the deposit...I've never deal with such lying people...shame!!!
Atlantida Hotel
We had a great experience in Atlantida hotel. Rooms in the new refurnished area are nice, clean, tidy with a great view. The old hotel area is clean and tidy but would need some renovation - and that's the only reason I'm giving 4 out 5. The location is great to enjoy a perfect sunset and it's only few minutes from the main area of the village. The service is above any expectations. Due to covid-19 we had to replan our holidays and the hotel manager facilitated with the best possible solution. I would definitely stay there when I go back to Koufonisia.
Best price for the time we went. Amazing view. Nice room. Would be perfect with small tweaks. I would go again.

Everything was terrible from the moment we arrived. Receptionist was super rude and unprofessional. He wanted to get cash for the full amount, and when we said we will pay with card, he gave us a different price. Hotel was extremly expensive for the services provided. Initially we told them that we will need two extra beds (with an extra charge per day), however when we arrived we told them that it will not be required. Although they removed them, they still charged them. The receptionist also told us over the phone that the rooms are luxerious, very spacious and had an amazing view. When we arrived we realized that there is no view of the sea, and that the room was very small for 8 people. There was absolutely no way that we could sleep 8 people in this room. Additionally, they didnt have a first aid kit. Someone got injured and they had no anticeptic, pain killers, ice and bandage to provide. Finally, we found a coackroach in the room while we were sleeping, and our rooms did not get cleaned one of the 4 days we stayed there. I would never go back to this place, primarily because the people who work there were rude and deceipftul.
Like an elderly aristocrat - once excellent but past its best. Needs some general maintainance. Probably a popular family hotel with Greek families. Good pool. Rooms with a view at the front above the pool will have a fab view of the harbour.
Worst place ever ! Beds and mattresses from the 60s, rooms feel like from the 70s, nothing warm at breakfast, exam cheese, bread not eatable....and all these for 150 euros requeayed at check in. This is a obvious stealing....NO WORTH. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. KEROS art hotel is much better and costs less
Simple standard, even if the pool area is new. Small rooms, but clean and tidy.
