The WiFi reception was only rudimentary in our house, it was not enough for more than writing text messages.
The beach is 550m away on foot. However, you have to know that it is 1000 meters to the hotel's own beach! The hotel's own beach is not directly on the beach in a very short distance, but why it is always in front of another hotel.
The food in the hotel, however, is good. The staff is very disorganized but very friendly. Unfortunately, the vending machines only serve instant coffee for breakfast.
The hotel's own spa, however, doesn't really deserve its name.
I would not recommend booking cosmetic treatments here!

The hotel is beautiful !!!!! It is gigantic !!! The pool is huge. There are a number of services available, a bar for a drink with a pianist who sings wonderfully, an upstairs bar with shisha service, panoramic view of Agadir the top !!!! In terms of catering, I have nothing to say except that it is excellent, a lot of choice and very good !!!!! Very large rooms with a beautiful terrace. And level of staff, they are very very welcoming, at the service of their customers, taking little care to know if our stay is going well. The staff are so welcoming and kind that we feel at home. If I had to give a rating, I would give them a 20/20 or more because it is really beautiful !!!! So a piece of advice, go without thinking you won't regret it !!!!
Only has the name of Palace. Unheated swimming pool. Very average experience.
Too bad it is not worth half a star. The rooms are very old, have no telephones, no services, and the reception is poor

However the rooms were really basic .... No wouaaou far from that a shame ....
Warm welcome, the rooms are too big with nothing inside, the decor is cold and in the bathroom no heating, the floor is very damaged and dilapidated. In short, we don't feel comfortable there.

Good hotel, very nice staff but unfortunately the food is repetitive, it is always the same dishes that are presented. In the morning there is no fresh fruit juice, only artificial juices: water mixed with powder.

Very nice hotel in Morocco. Staff was generally very nice. Rooms were clean and big. Breakfast was not the best...food was cold (hot items) and bland. Everything ells was fantastic even the WiFi. Had a very short stay and would've loved to use more of the amenities.

Before you judge by My 4-star rating I would like to tell you That We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It is a very fine and classy hotel.
I stayed here for 1 week with my girlfriend, We only ordered the stay including breakfast, if you do like us, i Will tell you that both lunch and dinner costs 300 Dirhams per person. Once you check in there is a city tax of about 40 euro That you need to pay, it is not included in your prebooked stay.
Hotels in Morocco does not allow unmarried couples from arabic or muslim countries to share a doublebed, We didnt order a double bed, the two single beds Are both 140x200 and they Are pushed together, so you have plenty of space, We actually preferred it, We slept better like This. In the bathroom there is a bathtub with a shower, a toilet and a bide(I have attached pictures).
The swimmingpool is very large its about 21 degree celcius, you Will get one cards per person That you can swap for a red towel That you can use at the beach or at the pool, just remember to retur it or it Will cost you 250 Dirhams pr. Towel.
The spa/thalasso is nothing special. Its a steam/sauna and a hot indoor and outdoor pool. It costs 200 pr. entry and if you want massage included its 300.
Overall a chill stay at This magnificent hotel.

This place is amazing. Food is excellent. The service is adorable. The first time I attend a conference which this hotel hosted, I really feel satisfied on many levels. I will never forget this place!

This is not a 5* hotel.
This is my second stay at the hotel, I enjoyed my first stay because it was at reasonable cost.
This time I spent 1 week there with my son & because it was high season it was a bit expensive!! the hotel is not a 5* hotel anymore , the rooms don't have basic stuff like toiletteries & coffee & tea making facilities, towels & bed sheets are very old! it's also noisy early in the morning during the cleaning in the rooms above, slamming doors & dragging the beds on a tiled floors etc, however the service is very friendly & courteous & the location is excellent, across the road from the beach.

There is very little to see any entertainment in this hotel. I do not recommend families but rather a couple looking for calm.
Good compromise 200 m from the ocean not new but very well maintained.
