Great service and staff. Always accommodating to people s needs and health concerns, great with childcare services and always has a friendly security that gives a happy hello when entering the building. Parking is always available and there s a caffe near the entrance if and when you want to enjoy a quick bite or just grab a cup of coffee!
Great people, excellent service, always go above and beyond. Top notch staff and doctors.
The administrative help leaves a lot to be desired, and if it weren't for the physical therapist, Scott T., I would have searched elsewhere for the medical help. :(
Good doctors, but horrible customers relationship. All the quality and expertise of doctors can go out of the window when the hospital is ridden with incompetent and administrative staff that is unwilling to help. They messed up my bills so many times. I spent endless hours on the phone rectifying the mess they made by not correctly crediting payments to the account or not correctly submitting the claims. I ended up overpaying my bills for the sole reason that they wore me out with their nonsense.
This is where you come for your COVID-19 TEST, ONLY WITH APPOINTMENT YOUR DOCTORS SEND YOU HERE IF YOUR GOING TO HAVE A PROCEDURE DONE, THAT'S WHY I WENT FOR, THIS WAS ON A SATURDAY MORNING 735AM ON WEDNESDAY MORNING I'M GOING TO GET A COLONOSCOPY DONE, AT MORRISTOWN MEDICAL CENTER VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND FAST, THIS IS LOCATED AT,475 SOUTH STREET MORRISTOWN, CLOSE TO THE HOSPITAL.
Their billing is sleezy and scummy, they dont work with you despite having a number to call for assistance. Wrote several emails and calls, zero responses. Find another hospital system that isn't crooked like this company.
Desk office personal and doctors give good service, but It is UNACCEPTABLE to have to wait for an appointment for mammogram in 3 months ( from Sep 5th to Dec the 5th).

Goryeb Children's Hospital is amazing. The nurses are beyond professional...doctors as well. It sucked having to be there, but since we did have need of their services, I'm glad they are who they are and do what they do. They made the experience a whole lot better than it could have been. They've thought of everything and it shows with every single step. Love this place and the people.

Poor customer service in billing department.
I & my wife visited the facility around Sept, 2020. We paid all the bills upfront i.e. right at spot and full amount. One month down the line, I get a medical bill for the charges stating that we have not paid. I provided transaction details (date, ID etc.) from credit card statement and also mailed the copy of my credit card statement. Its been nearly 4 months and their accounts or billing department still sending the same bill.
1. I had overpaid based on the bill generated by front-desk lady. Ideally, I should be getting a refund.
2. I have to follow-up with billing department every 2 weeks. Sometimes they connect me to supervisors too but all in vain. No clue on how to get this fixed.
I was in the physical therapy office on west parkway in pequannock, NJ and there is a girl wearing absolutely no mask. Every time I walk she is the only one in that department that does not wear a mask regularly. I think it s bad that the Atlantic health system has not cracked down on this girl Keri.
