I booked with Atlantida Viatges for a 4 day stay in Dubai, and the truth is that the benefits of booking with them were not fulfilled: - Upon arriving at Dubai Airport, we were told that we would prioritize immigration services, but nothing, we had to queue like everyone else. - At the airport agency to take us to the hotel we had to wait about 30 minutes, which if we had taken a taxi would have been immediate. - They were wrong about the reservation: the BCN flight to Dubai arrived at 0:25 in the morning on Saturday, April 15, and in order not to spend that night without sleep, we extended the hotel reservation to one day more, but instead of booking the night of the 14th, they were extended on the night of the 19th (we left on the 19th, sure we couldn't enjoy it). That is, we paid 4 nights but the first we couldn't sleep until 3:30 in the morning and after quarreling quite a bit with the hotel reception. I told them by e-mail, but did not receive an answer or an apology. I think it is worth booking everything directly online.
