Unfortunately I've been trying to contact ATI for the last 48 to 72 business hours with no luck are the phones down all the emails down what a shame of paid money to a company that car if you get on the phone to take a test

This facility is an absolute joke! My young daughter paid $94 and was scheduled to take a TEAS test online today between 2:30-6:30. She was in and ready to go at 2:00 once 2:30 rolled around, she tried to start the process and her screen just said loading and loading for 30 minutes. We tried again and again and got hung up over and over. We then tried a different pc, same thing, then a chromebook, same thing. Nothing was working, so we called support and sat on hold for an hour, nothing other then a message stating longer than normal hold times. Then we tried online support that was not easy to locate. Why isn't online live support on every page of the setup for the TEAS test? What an idea right? Here we are 2 hours later with my poor daughter having a break down about how this is going to screw up her whole college schedule and she'll have to wait a semester to take the test again and we finally get it started. This has to be the worst and biggest joke of an experience we've ever had regarding something so important. It will affect the rest of her life. How can a company administer something so poorly and not be held accountable!!

Highly recommend, they are the real deal. Their products helped prepare me to be a safe and competent nurse!
