With great satisfaction I leased a beautiful new Renault Clio from Athlon. It was delivered to the door and even picked up and returned for maintenance. Questions were always answered quickly and clearly and the price-quality ratio was good. It got even better when I decided to renew my contract. :-)

But they have been friendly to me for years, are transparent and answer all my questions (I like to be well informed). Hence this review ... As a critical lease driver, I would recommend Athlon. Very poor in communication, so that a fine has now been paid twice (by themselves and myself). This is because they indicated by phone that I had to arrange it myself, they were clear about that. 15 days later (yes their automatic mail says within 2 days, but she has never succeeded ..) I am told that they will charge it and that I can find out for myself at the CJIB. Very special how they communicate and act.
As soon as you look for a car, everything is possible and everything is arranged. When returning the car, Athlon counts the main prize on normal user damage. In addition, in our case they count on the final final bill more than 1000 euros more than agreed. As soon as you object, they invoke, as with all agreements you make with them, that they have indicated under all their documents that no rights can be derived from it. In other words: Athlon can twist everything afterwards for their own gain, which causes a lot of irritation and frustration. Athlon approaches and communicates downright rude in this and will continue until they can rip you off every euro they can find. As a result, you as a consumer are forced to hire a lawyer to get you straight, but this does not outweigh the costs incurred and the time you will have to spend on this.
I advise everyone to never work with Athlon.
