On vacation and didn't put my trash out then forgot to bring it out the next week so my trash was overflowing. I called Athens with my issue and they told my to put my trash out and they would pick it up as a one time courtesy that day. Wow, problem solved thank you!

I blame Supervision and Mgmt . Overpaid and incompetent leadership. Cronyism is alive and well in Montebello Contract awarding. Trash has not been p/u 3 attempts drivers marks log as completed, Mgmt let's employees lie.
Athens services is one of the best services. It's my dream to go there. I'm 8 years old.
The guy that delievered my trash cans was very friendly. He even told me about what bins to get when I clean out my garage. He put the trash bags in the trash cans for me. His name was Tony I have lived in Norwalk for over 2 years and never met a driver like him. You have a good employee in him Athens.

If I had the opportunity to change Wast Management I would do it in snap. It doesn't make sense that they would rent you a 3 yard Trash bin but you cant throw away broken furniture, I would have to rent a big bin to throw away a twin bed. LOL This company is full of garbage - literally!

Solid service and I have no issue with them. And keep in mind, they will be doing their normal schedule this week, they don't get Monday off, nor should they, today is the holiday, not tomorrow. So those who have monday service, don't forget to put your cans out tonight.

Truly the worst garbage service I have ever experienced. Athens wont pick up extra trash bags because they were not in a trash can ....and they wont pick up my broken down boxes because they were not tied up......seriously you are trash company ....since when did I have to package my trash or tie them up in a bow....There answer was because their contract says they don't have too........when did common sense get thrown out the window? Hello you are a trash company!
This company is beyond helpful, Doesn't charge any extra or hidden monthly fees for any ones usage, simple prices for requested services is all. What they do for us shows that there is fair companies you can trust with a piece of mind. Always gentle and cooperative on the phone , great customer service and beyond.
Just moved to this area a few months ago. Athens has been attentive and responsive to my needs. No complaints.
