I called into this office today to schedule a new patient appointment for my husband. My experience on the phone was good. We are always very reluctant to visit new doctors, and offices. I ll be following up after his first appointment. I intend to join this practice as well as a patient if we have a good experience.

He's a very good Dr,he is very thureo and detailed Dr, he takes time to listen to how you feel, and from there he will get the answers you need by the test that are performed by his staff. And for that I say

Terrible experience communicating with this office. The director is not kind at all. If you reach out to her, she will yell at you via email no matter how kind or enthusiastic you are towards her. I m not sure how these mannerisms are fitting for a leadership role at a heart clinic. Would not recommend to anyone, no matter if they are looking to receive care from here or work from here.
If I could give this place a negative ratings I would. I feel that you could die in the waiting room waiting to be seen by only one of the three doctors that are in their practice. My fiance has only been here a handful of times and every single time with a scheduled appointment it takes over 2 hours to be seen. There is always some excuse as to why they are going so slow the first time one of their nurse's broke a leg and that's what set them behind. Another time it was because the doctor wasn't in yet even though they scheduled the appointment during a time that we requested would be the most quickest to get in and out of the facility. This place is way too much stress & they overcomplicate the simplest of things. Please please please please do not go to this facility to get help with something as life-threatening as heart issues if you actually expect it to be fixed and to be seen in a timely manner.
While I have no complaints with the doctors, the nurses and office staff are horrible. To put it bluntly, they don't give a sh**. I was supposed to be contacted by a medical supplier. It never happened. There was no follow up. I called the office three times. Two no return calls and one hang up. I emailed their office. No reply. I called again to say I was changing doctors. Their response, "Ok."
Stay away from the heart center that causes additional heart stress.

Great Doctor! Dr.Agerwal is very kind and really cares about the health of his patients. Every time I see him he offers education on how to eat a proper diet and highly encourages exercise to stay healthy. I heard another patient telling someone that Dr.agerwal saved his life through heart surgery. His office staff is also very kind.
Iam always pleased with my visits. They take the time to ask about my health or issues and don't make me feel like they are rushing to get done with me . I don't feel like a number but most importantly I feel like a patient , the way it should be .
I can recommend Athens Heart Center as my mother has been a patient for years. The care she has received has been very personal, active, and compassionate. I greatly appreciated when one of the doctors felt he had done all he could that he was willing to recommend who my mom should see. The staff has always been very caring, professional, and efficient.
Dr. Agrawal truly cares about his patients. I love that he wants all of his patients to stay active and live to their hundredth birthday. Many places just try to get their patients in and out like they're a number but not here.
Absolutely useless. Prepare to waste lots of time, and get billed for it. I spent 30 minutes filling out a detailed medical history (I get it - new patient) only to spend the following 30 minutes sitting in a room of wall to wall advertising (plus repeating video commercials on a special little box) being asked the exact same questions from the paper form while a nurse puts them in the computer (while holding the paper with the pre-written answers on it). Finally, for three minutes, a P.A. comes in to officiate the whole thing, while making no move to actually diagnose anything - just says we'll schedule a sleep study and then make another appointment after. That's $250 bucks, folks. Absolute nonsense. Save yourself a quarter grand and sit in a closet for an hour watching drug commercials - and you'll have the same efficacy.
I've been going to the Athens Heart Center since 2012 after heart surgery. They have always listened to my concerns about my condition. They have also been able to work with me on tests needing to be done and working on getting my meds correct.
This office is horrible. You have to wait several hours for to be seen by the doctor. The people at the front desk are very clueless. Your appointment get canceled out of the system. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I have been saw here three times and each time it has been a very unpleasant experience. The doctor needs to hire nicer , new employees !
I've never had such a terrible and presumptuous doctor. Came here for a sleep study. He glanced at my results, told me I should be fine and I should be more disciplined with my sleep. Would have been nice if he didn't have such an ego about being a doctor and read the full report so he could have noticed the abnormalities where I was twitching in my sleep, which is one of the main reasons I had the sleep study. Aside from being completely oblivious and ignoring the problems which I told him about, he has a terrible bedside manner. He was presumptuous and rude, and I did not appreciate talking to a brick wall. He does not know how to communicate, and I would recommend finding another doctor who is more dedicated to taking care of his patients, and would not reprimand them about the problem they were seeking care for.
Came for an appointment they didn t tell me that I needed my machine so they refused to see me and made me reschedule. Came back for the rescheduled appointment and waited an hour. I asked the front desk how much longer and she told me that there were still 4 people ahead of me. Was not to be seen because I had to go back to work. Wasted two visits there only to still not be seen. Terrible office.
The only thing I got from this place was bills. I went for a sleep study, but I know the results were inaccurate because I had trouble sleeping that night. They did not offer a reschedule, only a $450 bill. I had a nuclear heart test the year before and tested "positive" with no real follow up- just a $1650 bill. Johnny Cash's voice double works there in the gamma radiology dept., and he was decent. They do not seem to offer online credit payment options, so you had better have the cash in a checking account or make a trip to pay with credit card in person. If you don't do it quickly, you also accrue interest on your statements. Sheesh.
It had been several years since I had seen Dr Agrawaland I had to have cardiac clearance for some surgery that I needed. This was just before the Thanksgiving holiday but they got me in and it took three different appointments but we got it done and everyone was so nice. They were accommodating they were friendly and they were professional at the same time. If you have any heart issues I would strongly suggest that you call and see these people. Dr agrawal is awesome BTW.
Very disappointed. Dr not interested in my medical history. He wanted to push his advertisers. Screens with ads all over the building. Advertising monitors in patient rooms just like commercials on tv After I found out what he charged my insurance for this office visit I can see why he can afford his bronze office sculptures. His staff was not friendly, no one identified themselves or explained what they were doing. It took four of them to get oxygen cannula on tank and I saw several of them walking around texting on their phones and laughing As a patient I felt very unimportant to any of them. They had my name spelled wrong on my records and sent out lab work that way. I told the girl (who ever she was) who followed the Dr around, that I would not be back because we were not a good fit. I am proactive in my healthcare and this not the place for me
The pictures that Dr.Agrawal posts for his pain clinic are actually of this place. Do the patients here know that Dr. Agrawal is constantly signing pain medication prescriptions throught the day that come from the Family First Pain Management that is located on the adjacent block? Do your due diligence when considering this doctor.
I've been going for 2 years now and i thought they were great. Later I found the doctors dont really care, they tell you tge least of what you could know and send you on your way. I went for help with a life threatening condition and was wished the best of luck.... But offered no real help

I have been going here since 2014 I love the staff. Dr.Agrawal is so caring he is absolutely wonderful he takes his time and listens to what we say. I could not have a better Cardiac Dr then Dr.Agrawal. Thank you and the staff for all y'all do for us
I wish I could rate this facility higher but I cannot do so honestly. The MD has a good heart and sets out to help his patients and staff both, to the best of his ability. Unfortunately, he has a very disorganized, unfair practice- ran by individuals who say they care about their staff and patients but in their lack of actions/poor actions, prove otherwise.
If you are looking for quality care for your loved ones or yourself, there are far better
equipped cardiologists in the area who will not waste your time or money-and who will not attempt to shove their personal business modules down your throat.
If you are looking to become an employee here, please trust your gut instinct and search elsewhere. No amount of money is worth the mental and emotional trauma you will experience when employeed there.

The.staff is friendly and many of the people in the waiting area are interesting. Of course, it's a doctor's office, so it'd be good to not have to be there. And, unfortunately, the wait can be a bit long, like today. However, on occasion, it's much shorter.
I love going to here. The team is fast and patient with you. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
Whitney, the office manager, is not only intelligent and know her job well, but she also understands the importance of patient satisfaction. I can't attest for some of the other employees, but THANK GOD they have someone like Whitney!!!
I used to be their patients, but now I am so happy that I found me a better place. Most of the staffs here are unexperienced and unorganized. There are no suprised that everytime I came here, I always had seen new faces. The doctors here are just fair. If you want a better place, please go somewhere else, I do NOT recomment this place.
Should you be so unfortunate to suffer a major heart issue...this is the place you need for all follow up care...Dr Agrawal is the best..a straight shooter and he will tell you what you need to keep living...Good people here...
The wait was kinda long but it wasnt really an issue. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Answered any questions I had.
