They are kind and acknowledge you when you walk in. They are 100% helpful and understanding of whats going on with your phones. Even if they can t help with the problem you are having, they give helpful recommendations/ steps on what to do next.

I recently had the privilege of visiting your Camden store and would like to commend the manager, Angie, and her assistant, Kay, for their excellent service. They solved my problem with not only their expertise but did so in an extremely caring manner.
AT&T is fortunate indeed to have them in its employ.

I am extremely amazed at the high quality customer...

I am extremely amazed at the high quality customer service I received at this AT&T. Gawayne was the representative that helped me and he was outstanding. He answered all my questions and trust me I always have a lot of them. He s very knowledgeable about all the products at AT&t. He even convinced me to get an upgrade. I love my new phone and I am extremely pleased with my experience at this location. I will be recommending this location! Also, all the staff was very helpful!

There were multiple issues we had to have correcte...

There were multiple issues we had to have corrected with our billing and account that were the result of another store. The manager Mark took his time to answer all our questions and fixed our account issues. HE was also able to lower our monthly bill and we ended up getting 3 new phones from him on top of the 5 phones we already have. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you so much.

Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I hardly have to wait to talk to someone and in the rare cases a salesperson don't know the answer they will ask. If it is something that they can't do they are honest about it.

We used to love At&t and we didn't get why people ...

We used to love At&t and we didn't get why people didn't like them for the past 14 years.

But they royally screwed us over, cheated us out of $1500 after being customers for 14 years. They promised my dad 2 promotions, one to receive credit for turning in old phones and another for a buy one get one free offer. Then the next day, AFTER they shook on it and we bought the phones, they told us one of the deals was expired and 6 months later we still have not gotten reimbursed for the other deal. The person who advertised the offers to us was even on our side saying he promised those to us, but the manager and corporate wouldn't give us anything.

Do NOT go with At&t, they screw over even their most loyal customers. After 14 years of being with them we are switching and never coming back. We've been trying to get this resolved for 6 months, filled out every form, called every phone number, talked to half of corporate. It's all lies meant to waste our time and discourage us from pursuing the money that they stole from us.

Have tried to get my plan changed for the last 3 month's , today in the Camden De store played my bill and Kate the manager helped me change my plan and was out of there in 10 minutes.. Thanks Kate

The store usually has 1 person, so if there is anyone there, it's a waitting game. Mostly the people are able to help you out. The only real problem is At&t. They don't have any good deals. Same as anyone else. Sign up, and pay more money.

Ever was going to occupy the second phone present at the store during the time of purchase lol that s awkward doesn t make sense if I m getting the phones in my name with my credit just go to the real att store next to red lobster on hwy 13

I went in to purchase an iPad, salesman showed me one I liked and quoted a price that I liked. When we sat down to do the paperwork, the iPad rang up as more expensive than the price he quoted me. The salesman then asked me to pay the difference instead of honoring the price he quoted me. Do your research before going in!

Very disappointing experiance with the new manager...

Very disappointing experiance with the new manager. Today, I entered the store to inquire about an frustrating issue I have been experiencing with my IPhone XS Max. Calls are not coming through and going straight to VM. As a small business owner, this can have a huge affect on several areas of my business. As I entered the store and explained my situation, the store manager was alone sitting at his desk on his phone. Now working previously in retail, I understand some days can be extremely slow. So, I will not hold that against him. He did greet me and asked how he may help. I explained to him my situation. He took my phone and switched the Ring?Silent switch off and handed it back to me and said that should do it. I thought he was kidding. He was not. Having owed every model of IPhone since the original I assure you I have tried everything a normal consumer would and then some. I explained to him that that would not have fixed the problem and asked if he new any other fixes. He looked through my settings for less than a minute. Then told me I need to do a soft reset, which he did. At this point I was absolutely sure he had no desire to actually help me. So , I said I would thanks it someplace else and excused myself. Before, I left he never looked up my account, or asked if I wanted to look at any of the products that they sell. If he would have, he would have found out that I am in the market to add a line and buy another Apple Watch for my son for his birthday this Saturday. He would have also realized that I currently have 10 lines and have done business with AT&T Wireless for over 18 years.

This is a very different experience that I have had in the past. The previous manager always went above and beyond for me and I have seen her do the same for other customers. She always went the extra mile and was so helpful even when you were not purchasing. I will not shop at this location again. I provide the best service I can to all my clients and expect for businesses I shop with do the same. I will now drive an additional 30 minutes to shop with Kate Carlson, the previous store manager.

Only one person working so when they go on break the store closes. Watched an associate run in seconds before we pulled in with food and the door was magically closed. Two other people pulled in and tried to open the door and there was just a head shake by the associate as they continued to eat in plain view.

Most of the employees are extremely rude. Every time I go there I have to plan for a few hours out of my day. Looking to switch carriers after nine years due to their poor customer service. BTW my name is NOT Judy. It's presumptuous and rude to arbitrarily change my name because it's easier for you. Just another example of poor customer service.

Well I wasn t going to do this. But don t ever switch to At&t first I had to fight them for 3 months before I ever got my refund from the company. But I finally got it so be it. But now I m still fighting with this store directly for my refunds from the promises they made me when I switched. 4 months late. My activation fees for three phones my installation fee for my DirecTV and also my hundred dollar gift card for signing up for DirecTV . This store absolutely sucks I would never never advise people to switch to them. They can not stand good for there promotions. Will not say names right now but I can promise one thing I ll keep telling people to never go with you guys. Worse company ever
