I have been having a problem connecting my iPhone ...

I have been having a problem connecting my iPhone 11 XR with my 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid. I could not get the maps Waze to audio talk while I am driving. So after leaving the iPhone manufacturer who couldn't help, the Ford dealership who couldn't help but suggested I contact my provider which was AT&T.

So I went to AT&T going to pass on Highway in New Castle there I met the manager Linda. She diagnosed the problem and then turn me over to her sales associate Jeremy who actually walked me out to my vehicle and within five minutes head the voice command coming out of my speakers in my car.

This location and the sales associates are just simply the greatest. I am an older lady just learning about technology. The associates are so patient and friendly. I look forward to coming here with my problems.

I had the most horrible experience here there was a girl who sold me this phone and when I came back to get some information on why it wasn't working right, she was very rude and unprofessional towards me and it showedthat she didn't know too much about the products that she sells because she told me that my phone wasn't capable of having the specific feature I had problems with when in fact it did. Fortunately someone else was able to step in and help me with my phone she was a Spanish girl and was very helpful she made me forget about my problems with the other employee. Either way the feature that I was having problems with worked fine the whole time I just was doing something wrong myself and if it wasn't for very pretty Spanish girl, I don't know what my day would have look like as the other girl try to ruin it with her unprofessional and impatient character. Won't choose this, it definitely won't be my go to guarantee that much. Also it's very small and doesn't have a lot to offer as far as accessories.

Tracy was amazing this weekend when I went into the bear de. Location to add a line. She was in there by herself and not only did she help me, she was also assisting another customer as well. She is awesome I have never had better customer service in a cellphone store thus far. Thank you

We have a horrible experience when we receive our first bill, the agent which name is SHATIRA BILLUPS she help us with a iphone 8 and she said it was the promotion for free and we just have to paid the activation and the next month our bill will stay the same but our bill was so high and she add insurance and she never said that we have to paid the phone !! I don t know if she was just trying to sell or something but i was so upset that she never mention any of that

I just felt like they should have been more knowledgeable on how to troubleshoot my phone I had to purchase a new phone I was perfectly content with my 4G when I get home my old phone starts to work fine I don't get it.

So helpful, and especially patient while I chose a new phone number (gotta get a good one!) on a new line. They also calculated my plan to see if I could get a better deal. Really nice people. The only drawback was that a clerk last week told me about a discounted deal that I couldn't get on this visit.

Bait and switch tactics. We were told last year if we pay more for the AT&T Next plan we could upgrade and get the current promotion a year later. Today we were told if we get the buy one get one 75% off promo for Samsung Galaxy S9+ we would still be responsible for the remaining 12 payments on the current phone and I would have to change my number. They only roll out the red carpet for new customers. The cell service is still secondary to Verizon.

The worst experience of my entire life. Linda, the manager, is nothing but rude and obnoxious; and that is being generous. This is easily the worst customer experience I have ever had in my entire adult life. I would not recommend ever using this company! AT&T is hands down, the most garbage, atrocious company with regard to customer service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Every time I call into the customer service line, they give you an attitude, and they ALWAYS hang up the call instead of transferring you like they claim they will. I have never called ATT without needing to call back numerous times and without being on the phone for at the very least 2 hours. Your company is complete scum. You have no value for people or the customers that keep you in business. NEVER EVER GO TO ATT IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.
