I have been having a problem connecting my iPhone 11 XR with my 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid. I could not get the maps Waze to audio talk while I am driving. So after leaving the iPhone manufacturer who couldn't help, the Ford dealership who couldn't help but suggested I contact my provider which was AT&T.
So I went to AT&T going to pass on Highway in New Castle there I met the manager Linda. She diagnosed the problem and then turn me over to her sales associate Jeremy who actually walked me out to my vehicle and within five minutes head the voice command coming out of my speakers in my car.
