For a big company they only have (1) telephone number which is hard to contact. They used to have a service center in SM Megamall, now drop off point na lang daw and I have to wait for 3-4 weeks for them to return my CP... Such a hassle. The problem of my phone came from an auto update now it can't start.

poor services. Is Asus Philippines a scammer? Mr. Joseph Serantes of Asus Philippinea and Mr. Kevin Mendoza of Memoxpress did not give any feddbacks/updates and they do not even answering phone calls after the payment was deposited to Mind Alliance Ventures on June 30, 2020.
2 weeks old AsusTUF A15 had already a loose keypad button. Service Center does not have the replacement part and need to wait for unknown eta. Poor Customer service and after sales, 7 days replacement is not enough for poor quality product.
The phones has a good features and it's really convenient to use. The camera of the phones has a good quality and especially easy to touch and the fastest android I've ever had.
My experience with your accredited service center, which is Gigahertz - SM North Edsa is VERY TERRIBLE. I ordered hinge for ASUS laptop last November 13, 2018. I was told the hinge will be available for pick up a week after. I paid the ordered hinge in full. Sadly, many days have passed beyond the week's timeline pero di pa rin daw available ang hinge as their Head Office has not delivered yet the hinge to their branch. Been sick and tired of following it up. Nobody picks up their landline. At ang tagal nilang sumagot sa aking text messages. They are not honest in dealing with me. Kung alam ko lang na ganito, sana sa iba na ako nagpunta. Pinaasa nila ako. Well, I am escalating my problem to you Asus Technology Phils as I want to seek your help. By the way, I hope you will be more careful in accrediting any of your service centers. Masisira kasi ang magandang pangalan ng Asus kung ganito ang pamamalakad ng service center nyo. At this moment, it actually deserves NO STAR...its just that the system will not allow such message to be posted if will not be rated. I recently bought Zenfone 3 zoom and after a month, both software and hardware were already broken. Personnels from its 2 service centers also fooled me of replacing it but they did not really coordinate it. I am having a HARD time asking for unit replacement or just refund. Just buy another phone.

Then yesterday I went to SM CUBAO GIgahertz they say 500 fot diagnose + 500 for flashing software and maybe the board is corrupt. Do you still have the phone and Signal lng the problem board immediately?
