My experience with your accredited service center, which is Gigahertz - SM North Edsa is VERY TERRIBLE. I ordered hinge for ASUS laptop last November 13, 2018. I was told the hinge will be available for pick up a week after. I paid the ordered hinge in full. Sadly, many days have passed beyond the week's timeline pero di pa rin daw available ang hinge as their Head Office has not delivered yet the hinge to their branch. Been sick and tired of following it up. Nobody picks up their landline. At ang tagal nilang sumagot sa aking text messages. They are not honest in dealing with me. Kung alam ko lang na ganito, sana sa iba na ako nagpunta. Pinaasa nila ako. Well, I am escalating my problem to you Asus Technology Phils as I want to seek your help. By the way, I hope you will be more careful in accrediting any of your service centers. Masisira kasi ang magandang pangalan ng Asus kung ganito ang pamamalakad ng service center nyo.
