I filed a claim with Asurion recently for my iPhone. They really have these processes down pat. Seemless, painless, and quick. I had a new phone the next day after filing the claim. Setting up was easy and returning my old phone simple.
Everybody I spoke with was very professional, courteous and helpful, and the phone replacement was done very efficiently and quickly.

Paying a small fraction of the total cost of a new phone is great relief. I've always gotten my replacement within 24 hours, and unfortunately, have had to use them 3 times. That phone is about glued to the users hand now. :-) I'll continue using this place.

Sent a phone fairly quickly without too much hassle. Unfortunately the phone didn't work. I couldn't tell what the problem was and Apple said they would replace with a new phone, so I didn't send back to Asurion.
