Stayed here for seven nights and I got bored of the food. I think they recycle the food from breakfast to lunch and from lunch to dinner. The room is a bit too dark for me. The best thing about this hotel is it located in a walking distance to Cihampelas Walk and all delicious Bandung culinary.

The service is good, the place is clean and the location is easy to reach. In accordance with the price offered.

Strategic place to stay in the city center with friendly service.

Room 811 on 23-24 sep 19 the air conditioner was not cold and from the toilet there were animals flying out like that. But the room service is ok, the air conditioner is cold, the toilet is clean. The rest is ok

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at.

Upon arrival, no towels in bathroom, lights not working in bathroom, no hot water, room smelled like mold, bed sunken in and floor board coming apart.

The only good things about this dump is the location to Bragga street and the view should you get a high enough room.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Definitely 2 thumbs up and would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

located in Cihampelas which perfect for those who plan to come to Bandung. I used to use their function room and the tea break snacks was very Indonesian. Love it !:)

The clerk was friendly & polite, the hotel location is very strategic because it is in the city center, the car park area is quite good, the breakfast menu is varied and delicious.
What needs to be improved: accuracy in arranging check-in times for guests. I came to the hotel at 14:20, but I couldn't check in yet. And the receptionist gave an answer that currently the room is in the process of tidying up and it is not certain how long it will take to tidy up the room. I immediately complained because according to the procedure, I should have been entitled to occupy the room I rented starting at 14:00 WIB.
Finally, around 3:00 p.m. I could just enter the room that I rented.

Pretty good place ... neat & clean. The facilities are quite OK. But unfortunately the front liner is like security & the parking attendant is not friendly.

The hotel is so comfy, the room space so wide. It can be a place for your family to stay. But the bathroom only provide bathtub, so it will be difficult if you want to have shower while you take a bath. There is a forest miniature inside the hotel

I like to stay here because the friendly service is also located not far from Bandung, namely in Cihampelas ... The Deluxe Room is quite spacious with 2 separate beds, there is a refrigerator & there is also a kettle for cooking hot water for coffee or tea and in the toilet too there is a hair dryer
