This is pure fraud. I was lured in by âpalm readingâ which I had an interest to read about. They offered 1$ trial. However as soon as I signed up it was a steady stream of pop up after pop up after pop up and anything I clicked close, or anything I went to to try to get back to the original content I wanted came with a charge I wasnât aware of. Fortunate I get credit card notifications so as it started singing like a slot machine. I immediately realized Iâd been way overcharged on things I didnât want or realize even had a charge. 40$ for an astrology guide???? I wrote to them right away stating I havenât opened the email in fact I donât even think i GOT an email!!! Please refund I didnât want this. Weeks later they respond and say no refunds for one time charges. So this is how they make money. Tricking people. Itâs a total scam and they are low life company making cash the dishonest way. Do NOT open anything from them.
Throughout the process of subscribing to the service, the information displayed is extremely confusing and not very transparent. In the end they charged me 3 times:
1 | A trial version of a one-time consultation for a value of $1USD on February 11 (I accepted this payment)
2 | Then, a few minutes later an automatic charge was made without my authorization of $29.99USD on my card
3 | And after this, on February 15 My card was charged again for "Subscription Renewal" for a value of $19.99USD.
A total of $49.98USD charged in an arbitrary, non-transparent manner and according to them "with my authorization" because there are many screens where they give you the option "I accept terms and conditions" and then scam you by being non-transparent.
I decided to contact them to raise my case, showing all the charges made arbitrarily and without my authorization, but their response was "Moreover, we would like to highlight that before making the subscription purchase, you were provided with the Billing Terms and Money-Back Policy for your review and approval".
With this, they tell you in a few words that you have accepted their fraudulent policy and that there is nothing more they can do. Let's be honest, how many companies hide in their terms and policies that they are going to make frequent and automatic charges without your consent? Very few because obviously this is UNETHICAL, it is a theft and ASTROLINE is undoubtedly a company that SCAMS!
How much money will they be stealing from people "legally" through a fraudulent Sales Funnel designed in order to deceive? This company is a shame.

Do not purchase this app! I ordered trail a 1 day subscription. Sent a message to cancel the subscription the next day. I kept sending emails to their support team to cancel subscription and 15 days later they finally responded and refuse to refund all the charges racked up from them not canceling the subscription. I should have only been charged $1. This is a scam! Do not order the trail!
