While they had the insulation I needed the employees were rude. Surprised because when we had used them before found their customer service to be excellent. Won't be back. Valley Supply is our go to now.

Great supplies, terrible service.
Whoever the young guy is that works behind the counter there needs some guidance. Nothing but blatantly rude and unwelcoming communication came from our multiple conversations over the phone and in-person. Definitely makes me not want to come back.

Called this guy twice, repeatedly got hung up on. Clearly doesn't know the difference between a telemarketer and a customer! Second call I literally said please don't hang up I'm not trying to sell you anything, and his response was I don't have time for this right now! And then hung up on me again. Nice!

Being a home owner and not a professional contractor, you can tell they were trying to be patient with my inexperience. I kept changing my layout and they did their best to provide everything I needed. When mistakes were made, everyone worked through it and made sure I had what I needed before pouring my stem wall. These guys are super busy and still find time to make subtle changes. The guys that dropped off the forms are really nice and laid out everything in an organized manner. I would recommend them to any DYI home owners that are taking on foundation projects. Thank you!
