I have owned day spas for over 2 decades. In this time I have sold and tried many skincare lines. About 2 years ago I discovered and fell in love with CosMedix, by Astral Brands. Their customer service, efficacy, packaging, quality, education, marketing assistance, reps, etc is the best I ve ever encountered with any skincare company I ve dealt with. I m so surprised to see some negative reviews here because I have not had one bad experience in 2 years of doing business with this company. The products sell themselves when my clients see the amazing results they get during facials!

I had to contact this office and was very disappointed with the lack of customer service and professionalism. I spoke to Kathy Jones and she was extremely rude. She acted as if it was a major inconvenience to have to deal with a simple question over the telephone. It s not like it was a personal phone call, I m sure she is being compensated to work and answer questions. I was very taken back by her nasty responses, I m so happy I hardly have to deal with this office.

I am so very disappointed with the lack of professionalism from this company. I've been contacting them for weeks with regards to their private labeling options. I've left seven messages and haven't received a single call back. Additionally I've spoken to three receptionists and had them HAND DELIVER a written message for the account manager, Christine, to contact me and nothing! No call, no response, nada! Also, their website reroutes you to an unsecured site that isn't even affiliated with the company. I have absolutely no idea how Astral brands is even in business with such blatantly poor customer service and management. Who on earth is running things over there? Unbelievably BAD experience. Their loss as I was interested in creating a private label skincare line that would that would have likely generated tens of thousand of dollars worth of revenue! Astral...get it together!!!
