Had appointment for 8am and got here at 745am. Got told our loads weren't ready until 845am and to wait in back of lot. Went into shipping to check and got told oh we have nothing for you it went out last Monday sorry. So now my clock is ruined for the day and the whole week is going to be off. Someone should have called my company to let somebody know.
Had a spa cover delivered through this company. They set the delivery date and time - not me. It was fine. Took a day off to be here since the cover was large and couldn't just be left laying in the driveway. Delivery window was in the morning. By 2pm, still no delivery. Called their dispatch and was told "Oh, your driver had to take the day off - his kid is graduating." I stated that was perfectly acceptable, but that I had now wasted a day of time off, because no one could bother to call to tell me they would have to reschedule the delivery. At that point, the dispatch "individual" told me I was lucky I got vacation time; that they didn't, so why was I complaining about it?". Rudest individual I have ever dealt with and if I ever have any say over who a supplier uses for last mile delivery, it won't be these guys. Horrible experience; completely unapologetic and they just don't care.
Work really well. I'm a truck driver and this app has not gotten me lost YET. LOL
Worst company I ever ever dealt with! Randall is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. Cancelled 4 hours before the truck was suppose to leave and wouldn t even call the truck company to see if they had another driver Plus they don t do what they say they are going to do. I would like the manager or owner to please call me and tell you how unsatisfied I am with the service you guys are providing. Randall called me then hung up on my twice. Beware of this company!
