Much like the other reviews...wonderful staff, beautiful community, and seems quiet. Looking forward to the many months to come! Andy is wonderful and Kaity is too! This place is pet friendly and customer-friendly...can it get any better?!?!!

Astoria Pointe was a lovely community. I was only there for 6 months, but the staff were amazing. Its very quiet and clean. No bad neighbors. Everything. And let me not forget to mention COLLEGE DISCOUNTS and Andy being the best person to work with. Very understanding and gentle dude. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to get started. Only paid$550 a month with the college discount. Just need your school ID

Infested with roaches. Almost impossible to get maintenance to fix anything.

Living in an apartment has never seemed so possible. Between the floors, ceiling and walls, Astoria Pointe more than fulfills their requirements to call themselves a place of residence.

Not a bad place. they gave me a free Sprite when I moved in so i guess they are alright. The office and pool are clean and I never see trash. They spray for bugs every month even though I never seen any.

Love the property! Love the Staff! Andy, is especially wonderful to deal with or just to chat with, he is a problem solver.

I'm giving winson five stars this is my second year here and I love it here management has always treated me and my mother with the utmost respect I had an issue here while back and and was able to talk to the management about my issue had nothing to do with the property or anything that was happening here but it was great knowing that the office management had the time to talk with me. They always treated us with respect never had an issue with management or the maintenance people we have a fun loving caring community and love the activities we're always coming up with ideas and things to do for our children here in our community as well as our adults
home is what you make of it so if you like where you live at make the best of it pitching be involved in your community !!!!!

My friend lives here. I would never live here and I am trying to get her to leave. The office people are almost never there when she tries to talk to them and maintenance takes a very long time to get anything done, if they get it done at all; and there are theft issues.

Love living here! It is so quiet! No one bothers you. Office Staff is wonderful!! We've lived here for 2 years, nice clean, and affordable apartments. Maintenance is Great!

Great place to live and the owners are NOT slumlords. I cleaned the apartment top to bottom except for the carpets and the day after the walk through I received a check in the mail for my whole deposits less a $75 carpet cleaning fee. Highly recommended complex!

Astoria Pointe is a beautiful community. They strive to be the best that they can be. They have a top notch management and maintenance team. I would encourage anyone looking to move to the area to tour Astoria Pointe to see how great it is. Management always encourages all residents to communicate with them and invites them to the clubhouse for daily refreshments and snacks.

A++ Quiet and cute! I have never been happier with an apartment complex like I have with Astoria Pointe. I don't know how anyone could not love it here. If you're having issues then it's probably because you are doing something wrong. The office staff has always been so nice to me. It took a little while for my door knob in my bathroom to get fixed but, I understand there is only one maintenance man and he is probably busy all the time. When he did come (4 days later) he was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Super nice, cleaned up after himself and even told me to call the office to get my air filter changed!!! They will replace my a/c filter for FREE!?!?! I was shook! You can tell they work hard here and the manager is very sweet and professional. I love the coffee bar every morning and the snacks they leave out for the residents here. Anyway, I love it. I don't have any complaints. I would give 1,000,000 stars if I could!

They have the worst customer service ever. My toilet was stopped up full of cheap for weeks. They never came. We had to figure out how to fix the toilet. It's been a month and they still have checked on the toilet. I will never advise anyone to live here for the price they charge. You have to wait weeks for maintenance services. You call the office and they say they will let maintenance know but he never come. They make promises that they can't keep.

As a property manager and a resident, I really enjoy living here. The apartment is nice and spacious and the lofts really make it feel more like home. The residents are kind and respectful and it's normally very quiet here after hours. Lovely place to call home.

I have lived here for 4 months now, the staff are professional and polite to everyone! The apartments are very clean, quiet, and safe and with washers and dryers in the units. these are not apartments but apartment homes!

The only thing going for this place is the washer and dryer neighbors complain too much toilets are always clogged and hard to flush the manager Carrie is rude and don t have a heart she once knocked on my door and covered up my peep hole so I wouldn t see who it was while twisting my door knob I believe that s illegal walls are very thin and you get complained on anything and I mean anything and Carrie you need a new profession you gone be rude to the wrong person glad I moved !! Maintenance is slow the shower water comes out brown at first They charge to much and there not even worth the amount but Andy is wonderful I wish he was the manager my time being there

I've had someone to shoot a hole in my bedroom window while i was over my boyfriends house recovering before fully moving in they tried to tell me it was a rock when i rock hits it splinters out That's a friggin bullet hole rocks don't leave residue...I'm poised i have workers above me hammering and banging its nine p.m at night this has been going on since this a.m and i have to be at work by 10p.m I'm so tired i won't be going I'm super pissed...and for what you pay there should be silence at a decent hour! People will treat you nice to get you in the apts.and then don't give a damn not to mention i still have a door of my laundry room and no door Knob on my pantry from moving a washer/dryer in weeks ago which they hag to trade out from one's that didn't work that was covered in feces which i cleaned up....NOT HAPPY I BET THEY WANT THAT RENT THOUGH!

Although I didn t get to live here long I enjoyed it very much! Had friendly neighbors, it was always suuuper quiet (which I loved because I have two babies) and the manager Carrie is verrryyy attentive and helpful! If I had a problem she would get someone out to fix it immediately! The only things I would have to complain about were the roaches. I promise I kept my apartment clean but whenever they first came to spray the apartment I started seeing them. Also, the apartment I was in had water damage so there was always a moldy smell I couldn t get rid of. Other than that I loved the place and would highly recommend

One of the worst apartments I ve ever lived in, and it s only been 3 days since we ve been here. If you re seriously considering about living here, take a minute to read this review. The front of the building will make you think these apartments are nice, wrong. They ll show you an apartment that s completely decorated, once you step inside you re actual apartment it s like you legit got cat fished in a way. We first moved in, right away one of the tenants in the building was smoking marijuana, the whole apartment smelled like it, and let me remind you I have a new born, for him to be inhaling is not okay. We contacted management and they somewhat did their job but didn t get to the bottom of it as I thought they would ve. The carpet was half way wet, like they tried to clean it within 24 hours and rushed, bathroom had hairs in like if they didn t clean it from the previous tenant, also the toilet seat had pee stains, like seriously? How gross is that. Found a couple of dead and alive roaches, the apartment parking lot is gross as well, matresses next to the dumpster, sofas next to the dumpster. You can literally hear every move your upstairs neighbor makes, it s so annoying, floor creaks, if they bang on something you ll hear it as if it s inside your own apartment, you can even hear the water running when they have it on, like come on? Remodel these apartments that they desperately need, windows seem like they re from the 1970 s. Also pay attention if you re considering these apartments, the bedroom have no lights at all, you have to go out your way to get a lamp for there to be light inside, crazy for the amount they re charging for these apartments, had a whole different experience at Metroplex apartments and practically almost the same price. Washer and dryer don t work properly, hard to find parking spots close to your apartment, no fan in the living room, if you have long sofas it ll be a huge challenge to get them inside since there s a gate to get inside your apartment. Now I have to deal with this problem unless I wanna pay 3 months of rent to get away from this hell hole, think twice before you come here, apartments across the street are twice better, rushed to quickly and got stuck with the worst, 362 days to go haha. ALSO before I forget to mention, these toilets you have to literally finger the toilet to make it flush, press down the button that s located right in the middle, amazingly gross.

This place has termites, neighbors above us smoke weed and cigarettes, we re out of here. Definitely no place to raise a baby. Also think about it if you decided to live here, we had a sofa, was beyond hard to get in and get out since they have a gate to come inside your apartment. If I could give this ghetto place 0 stars I would. THINK ABOUT IT!

I loved living here, Staff/maintenance are always pleasant. The Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Was always clean/tidy. Everything works or is fixed quickly. I immediately felt like Home. Every time I was on this apartments I was happy, neighbors really nice. The apartments feels safe, pool/grill are nice to have. Location is usually quiet so that a big plus.

These people are Terrible , they nit pick and pick favorites! A new resident moved underneath us and would play his music LOUD and he would do that everynight and then he would go complain and put the blame on me and my roommate ! I swear i moved out to see if things would get better and i was tired of the office leaving their STUPID NOTICes , like YOu NotICe !! Because your obviously not NotiCinG who it really is !! But then my roommate would call or tell me when i visited that he still plays his music loud and that she went to go tell the office and the ladies in the office just looked at my roomate and said ," oh noo hes a good guy , real quiet". Seriously ???!!! Im just going to say it I RATE these apartments at ZERO stars because i couldnt even live in My OWN place but yet i was still paying rent. Idk but not a good place for kids , or if you have family , or friends these people will find ways to give you problems or make you seem like your the problem when your not . Never going to Live there again and im going to share this to ALL of my FRIends, FAMiLY, and To StraNgers!!.

I have lived in this apartment complex for a little over a year. I just resigned a lease in June, because I was very impressed with the property. I have had zero problems here. Not with neighbors, management, maintenance, noise, or location. The apartments are kept up with beautifully; from constant landscaping, and repainting when needed. The office manager does a great job at keeping the complex safe, and worry free. Carrie&Andy are very easy to deal with, and are always on top of all our needs. They get maintenance request fulfilled efficiently, and in a timely manner. They are also pet friendly, but unlike other properties they make sure the complex stays clean. They even come by and spray all the units every couple of months, which keeps the property pest free. Rent is fair, and honestly, I have paid a lot more and never recieved half of the tenant satisfaction I have here. Awesome place to live!

Bad I can't even visit my sister with my nieces and nephew without of fearing that her neighbor will complain and accuse her of having more people living in her apartment. Smh
