Wasn t aware this is also long term
Didn t really effect our stay. Short walk to many Sydney attractions
Great facilities nice clean room aside from the white couch , who puts a white couch in a hotel room

Decent hotel, great location. First room i checked into had air con issues, moved to another room. Plenty of food options nearby. Working kitchen, laundry. City views or suburbs.

Stayed here for a week on business last year so this was my second visit. Very disappointed on this occasion to return on second day, to a room that had not been serviced. After querying why?, with a staff member at the service desk, I was informed that on the Reservation Confirmation I received, it states one weekly room service. No where on my Reservation Confirmation is this outlined. This was not the case last year. Staff member did however generously offer, that we could collect fresh towels each day from reception 24-7. Staff member had no genuine interest in achieving a reasonable resolution & could only suggest I take it up with the manager the next day. Won t be staying again.

Good for the price. Had all we needed including separate bedroom, a kitchen and washer/dryer. Room wasn't the cleanest and was in need of a paint and refresh. Gym, pool, spa were closed during our stay.

Nice and clean, great location. Nice view from our room. Friendly and helpful staff

Fairly well kept apartments, the facilities (I.e. gym pool sauna) were great to have on hand. Only thing that bothered me was the lack of safety nets in the hall/galley area's connecting the apartments. Being 11 stories up becomes unsettling when looking over the mid waist railings to see that's your only fall protection. Sure it's unlikely something will happen unless your being stupid, but let's face it, people do stupid things daily.

Standard hotel at reception, Inner architecture once beyond reception is on point. Beautiful beams incorporated into the infrastructure design creating a visual beauty. Friendly staff, nothing too much trouble, apartments were adequately sized and furnished for the purpose. Comfortable beds and very convenient to Darling Harbour and city.

Loved staying in this historical building. Was a great price for a large suite and is a short walk to Darling Harbour. Its a little noisy with traffic but most city stays are! So convenient and roomy

We spent close to $500 (mid-week) on a 2 bedroom apartment and were horrified at the state of the building and facilities. The catwalks on each level were alarmingly unsafe and the windows of the building did not have locks or any form of safety device fitted. The facilities in the room were worn out, we had writing on the roof of our main bathroom and even iron marks on the carpet in the lounge room! The accommodation is in a great location but given how much we spent on such a run down and dangerous building, we advise for nobody else to make the same mistake we made by booking in!! Steer clear!

Great experience, well maintained rooms with plenty of features to ensure your stay is a pleasant one.

Unfortunately I did request to have the beds split and was told a housekeeper would do it for us but they never did. Other than that, I will definitely stay here in the future.
