Aston Samarinda Hotel & Convention Center Review

It is the best hotel i have stayed in samarinda . All the hotel staff are so friendly and helpful it was unbelievable and their english are pretty good as well. In the front desk people like tommy ,reza and especially becy ( sorry cant remember the names of others ) were so amazing people that it really made my stay very comfortable every time I come here . I would highly recommend this to people travelling in samarinda to stay at aston hotel . Absolutely deserve a big 5 star !!

Bed was too old, not good for lower back, please buy a new one

Good hotel. But the communication and coordination of the employees seems not good.

Clean room, nice place, great taste of F&B, many variation for breakfast.
Friendly staff, a bit dissapointed for bellboy this morning that didn't help us to put all the lugages to the car. Hope next time all staffs will more helpful.

Near the mall. Looking for food is easy because it's near the mall.

There is no complete security protocol, security is harshly spoken, food messages outside ojol cannot enter even though cm is lobbied, we are also bored when we have to restart the hotel because it is so sorry there is no guidance from security where it can be done with ojol. not updated or security-directed

The rooms are comfortably spacious, the food menu is also delicious, the service is friendly, parking access is easy

Delicious hotel with complete facilities ... the breakfast is also delicious

Just prepare ... bottled mineral water is not provided in the room, so a dispenser is provided outside. And the distance is decent. For those who are veiled, you should bring the hijab directly so that it is easy when you go back and forth to take water outside.
Comb, handbody, are not provided, so bring your own. The toothbrush is pretty good, not hard.
Iron can be borrowed, but the maximum borrowing is 2 hours. Sometimes it hasn't been 2 hours before the phone has been called, maybe because many guests borrow irons.
The pool looked good, although I was only looking from above and not swimming.

here provides a comfortable lodging place is safe and tall buildings do not need to use an escalator to walk that high the building just pushes the elevator button on each floor but must be patient because there are not many elevator users using it there is also available swimming pool inside the room so don't be afraid for the skin to become black, provide a change of clothes here, sometimes it is used as a place of perception or family gathering location for coal companies and other similar companies available here are also very satisfied if still not satisfied, allowed to shop outside

The view from the room is pretty much able to enjoy the atmosphere of the city of Samarinda, from a distance the Islamic mosque looks, the atmosphere of the Mahakam river, the swimming pool facilities unfortunately it was only open at 11am. Breakfast menu is good but nothing special ... next to the plaza.
