Aston kuningan suites Review

I am not coming back to Aston Kuningan Suites. The room is very rundown, the lighting in the room is very poor, the airconditioning unit in Room 411 (twin bed room) is so noisy that my children has to sleep outside on the sofa and on the floor. After complaining, its still noisy. After complain again, still noisy. Every night my children has to sleep on sofa and on the floor living room. On 2nd day, cockcroach was running around in my master bath...my God. I feel so upset.

They have restaurant named Suasana, the food was good and delicious. Snacks very very delicious. Rooms are clean, meeting package price is average with good services. Recommended for lunch and stay. Maybe I should give them 9 stars

Strategically located in Kuningan area, Aston at Kuningan Suites provides a quiet sanctuary for those craving for a quick getaway from the bustle of the city. Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and clean, equipped with good kitchen and separated toilet and bathroom. The furniture looked somewhat old, yet still in good condition. We also loved how big our bed was.

The meeting room is quite okay. The food is satisfying, the service is ok, it's just that the marketing is less friendly and less communicative.
