Beautiful, clean hotel apartments, and the safety rate is very high. It only lacks a morning breakfast and the prices are good for the service.

Large size rooms w/ kitchen, bathtub and rooftop pool. The furnitures and appliances were a bit outdated, but the bed, bedding, and pillows were very comfortable.

Suasana restaurant has good diversity of local food and breakfast. ATM on lobby. Blueb*** taxis standing by upfront. Very strategic location, minimarket around the corner, and a few restaurants.

I enjoyed my dinner here and the food is very delicious..

We love this place. The room is spacious, very suitable with big family sith kids. The location is strateic. And the staff are nice

I'm not really happy in here, I booked a type of apartment but after seeing the interior it's been old, the interior, furniture, kitchen, room very old. The dishes are dirty, the atmosphere makes goose bumps aka not comfort.

Been here several times ... comfortable, delicious breakfast . The room is spacious, available 2 rooms, bath up, kitchen. The kitchen utensils are complete but the Teflon looks like it is not good because it has many scratches. There is no washing machine in the room, no hairdryer and iron in the room. If you want to use the iron you have to call first. Even then, the use of an iron is limited to a maximum of 2 hours. There is a loundry room which can be used independently but the dryer doesn't seem to be working properly and the sound is very noisy.

Services were good, however facilities are need updated

Second rooms in apartments have no windows, which really freaked me out. But overall it was still ok, if you don't mind the furniture being a bit run down. Better alternative would be Ascott Kuningan, where you actually get what you pay for.

The room is antique (little bit old), overall facility is good, the view from the pool is beautiful, hommy...

Comfortable to stay. Look, it feels good. Room lt 5, 2 rooms 4 persons, clean. Wifi is fast. Kary is friendly. Good luck, please improve service

A very comfortable hotel with good food and friendly service omend recomended hotel

Very old overall i.e over a decade without proper renovation. Only restaurant area renovated and food is good. But rooms are old, mattresses too soft, no windows, aircons old and noisy, fridge & microwave out of date, swimming pool old and green water (not nice & blue), gym room aircon not working. Everything seriously needs renovation.

No hairdryer, you must rent it from housekeeping for 2 hours only. I called the housekeeping to return the hairdryer, almost 2 hour they didn't show up and I must called them TWICE and the front office ONCE until someone come and took it back.

No catalogue menu in the room, so I went to front office and asked for it. They say they will bring it to my room, and they never bring it to my room.
The next day I asked the catalogue directly from the bar, instead of catalogue they gave me a copy of it.

When daily housekeeping, they didn't change the small towel and showercap. But when I went to my room in the evening, there's a small towel near TV. I don't know they forgot or something but I didn't ask for it thou and still no new showercap.

Not recommended.
I have list of the reasons :
1. The room was dusty. Even the bed was dirty.
2. The lift broken and we had to wait for so long for went up or down.
3. Main phone at the living room didn't work.
4. We booked 1 apartment unit for 3 persons, so we expected 3 room slippers, as we found only 2 slippers, we asked for one more pair, yet the slipper never sent.
5. Broken drainage system in the bathroom.
6. The breakfast wasn't good. Pastries were hard, their fish and glass noodle are very salty, milk tea was too sweet, chicken was too dry.
7. They didn't provide descent toilet kit. They only gave shampoo, body wash, soap and shower cap. The rest, you can't find.

We can't believe that they're titled as 4 stars hotel. We're so freaking disappointed and won't ever comeback to this hotel again.
